| 1 | Davidin Psalmi ja veisu, edelläveisaajalle. (H65:2) Jumala, sinua kiitetään Zionissa hiljaisuudessa; ja sinulle maksetaan lupaus. | Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed. |
| 2 | Sinä kuulet rukouksen; sentähden tulee kaikki liha sinun tykös. | O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come. |
| 3 | Meidän pahat tekomme meitä kovin raskauttavat; mutta anna sinä meille synnit anteeksi. | Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away. |
| 4 | Autuas on se, jonkas valitset ja otat tykös, asumaan kartanoissas: hän ravitaan sinun huonees ja pyhän templis hyvyydestä. | Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. |

| 13 | Kedot ovat laumaa täynnä, ja laaksossa on tihkiältä jyviä, niin että siitä ihastutaan ja myös lauletaan. | The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing. |
