| 2 | Kiitetty olkoon Herran nimi, nyt ja ijankaikkisesti! | Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore. |
| 3 | Auringon koitosta hänen laskemiseensa asti olkoon Herran nimi kiitetty! | From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised. |
| 4 | Herra on korkia ylitse kaikkein pakanain, ja hänen kunniansa ylitse taivasten. | The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens. |
| 5 | Kuka on niinkuin Herra meidän Jumalamme, joka niin korkialla asuu? | Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high, |
