| 2 | Mia preĝo valoru antaŭ Vi kiel incenso, La levo de miaj manoj kiel vespera oferdono. | Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. |
| 3 | Metu, ho Eternulo, gardon al mia buŝo, Gardu la pordon de miaj lipoj. | Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. |
