| 1 | Unto the end, for the sons of Core, a psalm. | How amiable are thy tabernacles, O Lord of hosts! |
| 2 | Lord, thou hast blessed thy land: thou hast turned away the captivity of Jacob. | My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the Lord: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God. |
| 3 | Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people: thou hast covered all their sins. | Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O Lord of hosts, my King, and my God. |
| 4 | Thou hast mitigated all thy anger: thou hast turned away from the wrath of thy indignation. | Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah. |
| 5 | Convert us, O God our saviour: and turn off thy anger from us. | Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. |
| 6 | Wilt thou be angry with us for ever: or wilt thou extend thy wrath from generation to generation? | Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools. |
| 7 | Thou wilt turn, O God, and bring us to life: and thy people shall rejoice in thee. | They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God. |
| 8 | Shew us, O Lord, thy mercy; and grant us thy salvation. | O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah. |
| 9 | I will hear what the Lord God will speak in me: for he will speak peace unto his people: And unto his saints: and unto them that are converted to the heart. | Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed. |
| 10 | Surely his salvation is near to them that fear him : that glory may dwell in our land. | For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. |
| 11 | Mercy and truth have met each other: justice and peace have kissed. | For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. |
| 12 | Truth is sprung out of the earth: and justice hath looked down from heaven. | O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee. |
