| 1 | 「你們 心 裡不 要憂愁；你們信 神，也 當信 我。 | Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. |
| 2 | 在 我 父的 家 裡有 許多 住處； 若是 沒有，我就早已告訴 你們了。 我去 原是為你們 預備 地方去。 | In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. |
| 3 | 我若 去 為你們 預備了 地方，就必再 來 接 你們 到 我 那裡去，我 在哪裡，叫你們 也 在那裡。 | And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. |
| 4 | 我 往哪裡 去，你們知道；那條路，你們也知道（有古卷：我往哪裡去，你們知道那條路）。」 | And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. |

| 7 | 你們若 認識 我，也 就認識 我 的父。 從 今以後，你們認識 他，並且 已經看見 他。」 | If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. |
| 8 | 腓力 對他 說：「求主 將父 顯給 我們看， 我們 就知足了。」 | Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. |
| 9 | 耶穌 對他 說：「腓力，我與 你們 同在 這樣長 久，你還 不 認識 我嗎？人看見 了我，就是看見 了父；你 怎麼 說『將父 顯給 我們看』呢？ | Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? |

| 15 | 「你們若 愛 我，就必遵守 我 的命令。 | If ye love me, keep my commandments. |
| 16 | 我 要求 父，父就 另外賜給 你們 一位 保惠師（或譯：訓慰師；下同），叫 他永 遠 與 你們 同在， | And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; |
| 17 | 就是真理 的聖靈，乃世 人不 能 接受 的；因為 不見 他，也 不 認識他。你們 卻認識 他，因 他常與 你們 同在，也 要 在你們 裡面。 | Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. |
| 18 | 我不 撇下 你們 為孤兒，我必到 你們 這裡來。 | I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. |
| 19 | 還 有不多的時候， 世 人不再 看見 我，你們 卻 看見 我；因為 我 活著，你們 也 要活著。 | Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. |
| 20 | 到 那 日，你們 就知道 我 在 父 裡面， 你們 在我 裡面，我 也在你們 裡面。 | At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. |
| 21 | 有 了我的 命令 又 遵守的，這人 就是 愛 我的； 愛 我的必蒙 我 父 愛他，我 也要愛 他，並且 要向他 顯現。」 | He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. |

| 26 | 但 保惠師，就是父 因 我 的名 所要差來 的 聖 靈，他 要將一切 的事指教 你們，並且 要叫你們 想起 我 對你們 所 說 的一切話。 | But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. |
| 27 | 我留下 平安 給你們；我將我 的平安 賜給 你們。我 所賜的，不 像 世 人所賜的。你們 心 裡不 要憂愁，也不 要膽怯。 | Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. |

| 29 | 現在 事情還沒有成就，我預先 告訴 你們，叫 你們到事情成就 的時候 就可以信。 | And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. |
| 30 | 以後我不 再 和 你們 多說話，因為 這世界 的王 將到。 他在我 裡面 是毫無 所有； | Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. |
| 31 | 但 要叫 世 人知道 我愛 父，並且 父 怎樣 吩咐 我，我就怎樣 行。起來，我們走 吧！」 | But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence. |
