| 1 | 論摩押。萬軍 之耶和華─以色列的 神 如此 說： 尼波 有禍了！因 變為荒場。基列亭 蒙羞 被攻取；米斯迦 蒙羞 被毀壞； | Against Moab thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Woe unto Nebo! for it is spoiled: Kiriathaim is confounded and taken: Misgab is confounded and dismayed. |
| 2 | 摩押 不 再 被稱讚。有人在希實本 設 計 謀害她，說：來吧！我們將她剪除，不再成國。瑪得緬哪，你也 必默默無聲；刀劍 必追趕 你。 | There shall be no more praise of Moab: in Heshbon they have devised evil against it; come, and let us cut it off from being a nation. Also thou shalt be cut down, O Madmen; the sword shall pursue thee. |

| 18 | 住 在底本的民（原文是女子）哪，要從你榮耀的 位上下來，坐 受乾渴；因 毀滅 摩押 的上來 攻擊你，毀壞了 你的保障。 | Thou daughter that dost inhabit Dibon, come down from thy glory, and sit in thirst; for the spoiler of Moab shall come upon thee, and he shall destroy thy strong holds. |
| 19 | 住 亞羅珥的啊，要站 在 道 旁觀望，問 逃避的男人 和逃脫的女人 說：是 甚麼事呢？ | O inhabitant of Aroer, stand by the way, and espy; ask him that fleeth, and her that escapeth, and say, What is done? |

| 27 | 摩押啊， 你 不曾 嗤笑 以色列嗎？她豈 是在賊 中查出來的呢？ 你每逢 提到 她 便搖頭。 | For was not Israel a derision unto thee? was he found among thieves? for since thou spakest of him, thou skippedst for joy. |
| 28 | 摩押 的居民哪，要離開 城邑，住 在山崖裡， 像鴿子 在深淵 口 上 搭窩。 | O ye that dwell in Moab, leave the cities, and dwell in the rock, and be like the dove that maketh her nest in the sides of the hole’s mouth. |
| 29 | 我們聽說 摩押人 驕傲，是極其 驕傲；聽說他自高 自傲，並且狂妄，居心 自大。 | We have heard the pride of Moab, (he is exceeding proud) his loftiness, and his arrogancy, and his pride, and the haughtiness of his heart. |
| 30 | 耶和華 說：我 知道 他的忿怒 是虛空的；他誇大的話 一無 所成。 | I know his wrath, saith the Lord; but it shall not be so; his lies shall not so effect it. |
| 31 | 因 此，我要為 摩押 哀號，為摩押 全地 呼喊；人必為吉珥‧哈列設 人 歎息。 | Therefore will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; mine heart shall mourn for the men of Kir–heres. |
| 32 | 西比瑪 的葡萄樹啊，我為你 哀哭，甚於雅謝人 哀哭。你的枝子 蔓延過 海，直長 到 雅謝 海。那行毀滅的 已經臨 到 你夏天的果子 和 你所摘的葡萄。 | O vine of Sibmah, I will weep for thee with the weeping of Jazer: thy plants are gone over the sea, they reach even to the sea of Jazer: the spoiler is fallen upon thy summer fruits and upon thy vintage. |
| 33 | 肥田 和摩押 地 的歡喜 快樂 都被奪去；我使酒醡 的酒 絕流，無人 踹酒 歡呼；那歡呼卻變為仇敵的吶喊（原文是那歡呼 卻不是 歡呼）。 | And joy and gladness is taken from the plentiful field, and from the land of Moab; and I have caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting; their shouting shall be no shouting. |
| 34 | 「希實本人 發的 哀 聲 達到 以利亞利，直達到 雅雜；從瑣珥 達到何羅念，直到 伊基拉‧施利施亞，因為 寧林 的水 必然 乾涸。」 | From the cry of Heshbon even unto Elealeh, and even unto Jahaz, have they uttered their voice, from Zoar even unto Horonaim, as an heifer of three years old: for the waters also of Nimrim shall be desolate. |
| 35 | 耶和華 說：「我必在摩押地 使那在邱壇 獻祭的，和那向他的神 燒香 的都斷絕了。 | Moreover I will cause to cease in Moab, saith the Lord, him that offereth in the high places, and him that burneth incense to his gods. |
| 36 | 我心腹 為摩押 哀鳴 如簫，我心腸 為吉珥•哈列設 人 也是如此，因 摩押人所得的 財物 都滅沒了。 | Therefore mine heart shall sound for Moab like pipes, and mine heart shall sound like pipes for the men of Kir–heres: because the riches that he hath gotten are perished. |
| 37 | 「 各人 頭上 光禿， 鬍鬚 剪短， 手 有劃傷， 腰 束麻布。 | For every head shall be bald, and every beard clipped: upon all the hands shall be cuttings, and upon the loins sackcloth. |
| 38 | 在 摩押 的各 房頂上 和街市上 處處 有人哀哭；因 我打碎 摩押，好像打碎無人 喜悅 的器皿。這是耶和華 說的。 | There shall be lamentation generally upon all the housetops of Moab, and in the streets thereof: for I have broken Moab like a vessel wherein is no pleasure, saith the Lord. |
| 39 | 摩押 何等 毀壞！何等哀號！何等 羞愧 轉 背！這樣，摩押 必令 四 圍 的人嗤笑 驚駭。」 | They shall howl, saying, How is it broken down! how hath Moab turned the back with shame! so shall Moab be a derision and a dismaying to all them about him. |
| 40 | 耶和華 如此 說： 仇敵必如大鷹 飛起，展開 翅膀，攻擊 摩押。 | For thus saith the Lord; Behold, he shall fly as an eagle, and shall spread his wings over Moab. |
| 41 | 加略 被攻取，保障 也被佔據。到那 日，摩押 的勇士 心中疼痛如 臨產的 婦人。 | Kerioth is taken, and the strong holds are surprised, and the mighty men’s hearts in Moab at that day shall be as the heart of a woman in her pangs. |
| 42 | 摩押 必被毀滅，不再成國，因 他向 耶和華 誇大。 | And Moab shall be destroyed from being a people, because he hath magnified himself against the Lord. |
| 43 | 耶和華 說：摩押 的居民哪，恐懼、陷坑、網羅 都臨近你。 | Fear, and the pit, and the snare, shall be upon thee, O inhabitant of Moab, saith the Lord. |
| 44 | 躲避 恐懼 的必墜 入 陷坑；從 陷坑 上來 的必被網羅 纏住；因 我必使追討 之年 臨 到 摩押。這是耶和華 說的。 | He that fleeth from the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that getteth up out of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for I will bring upon it, even upon Moab, the year of their visitation, saith the Lord. |
| 45 | 躲避的人 無力 站 在希實本 的影下；因為 有火 從希實本 發出，有火焰 出於 西宏的城，燒盡 摩押 的角 和鬨嚷 人 的頭頂。 | They that fled stood under the shadow of Heshbon because of the force: but a fire shall come forth out of Heshbon, and a flame from the midst of Sihon, and shall devour the corner of Moab, and the crown of the head of the tumultuous ones. |
| 46 | 摩押啊，你 有禍了！屬基抹 的民 滅亡了！因 你的眾子 都被擄 去，你的眾女 也被擄去。 | Woe be unto thee, O Moab! the people of Chemosh perisheth: for thy sons are taken captives, and thy daughters captives. |
| 47 | 耶和華 說：到末後，我還要使被擄的 摩押人 歸回。摩押 受審判 的話到 此為止。 | Yet will I bring again the captivity of Moab in the latter days, saith the Lord. Thus far is the judgment of Moab. |
