| 1 | 「祭司 利未人 和利未 全 支派 必在 以色列 中無 分 無業；他們所吃 用的就是獻給耶和華 的火祭 和一切所捐的。 | The priests the Levites, and all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel: they shall eat the offerings of the Lord made by fire, and his inheritance. |
| 2 | 他們在弟兄 中 必沒 有 產業；耶和華 是 他們的產業，正如耶和華所 應許 他們的。 | Therefore shall they have no inheritance among their brethren: the Lord is their inheritance, as he hath said unto them. |
| 3 | 祭司 從 百姓 所當得的分 乃是 這樣：凡 獻 牛 或 羊 為祭的，要把前腿 和兩腮 並脾胃 給 祭司。 | And this shall be the priest’s due from the people, from them that offer a sacrifice, whether it be ox or sheep; and they shall give unto the priest the shoulder, and the two cheeks, and the maw. |

| 5 | 因為 耶和華─你的 神 從你各 支派 中將他 揀選出來，使他 和他子孫 永遠 奉耶和華 的名 侍立，事奉。 | For the Lord thy God hath chosen him out of all thy tribes, to stand to minister in the name of the Lord, him and his sons for ever. |
| 6 | 「利未人 無論 寄居 在 以色列 中的哪一 座城，若 從那裡 出來，一 心 願意 到 耶和華 所 選擇 的地方， | And if a Levite come from any of thy gates out of all Israel, where he sojourned, and come with all the desire of his mind unto the place which the Lord shall choose; |
| 7 | 就要奉耶和華─他 神 的名 事奉，像他眾 弟兄 利未人 侍立 在耶和華 面前事奉一樣。 | Then he shall minister in the name of the Lord his God, as all his brethren the Levites do, which stand there before the Lord. |
| 8 | 除了 他賣 祖父 產業所得的以外，還要得一分 祭物與他們同吃。」 | They shall have like portions to eat, beside that which cometh of the sale of his patrimony. |
| 9 | 「 你 到了 耶和華─你 神 所 賜 之地，那些 國民 所行可憎惡的事，你不可 學 著行。 | When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. |
| 10 | 你們中間 不可 有人使兒 女 經 火，也不可有占 卜的、觀兆的、用法術的、行邪術的、 | There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, |
| 11 | 用迷 術的、交 鬼的、行巫術的、過 陰的。 | Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. |
| 12 | 凡 行 這些 事的都為耶和華 所憎惡；因 那些國民行這 可憎惡的事，所以耶和華─你的 神 將他們 從你面前 趕出。 | For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee. |
| 13 | 你要在 耶和華─你的 神 面前作 完全人。」 | Thou shalt be perfect with the Lord thy God. |
| 14 | 「因 你 所 要趕出的 那些 國民 都聽信 觀兆的 和 占卜的，至於你，耶和華─你的 神 從來不 許 你 這樣行。 | For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the Lord thy God hath not suffered thee so to do. |
| 15 | 耶和華─你的 神 要從你們弟兄 中間 給你 興起 一位先知，像我，你們要聽從 他。 | The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; |
| 16 | 正如 你在何烈山 大會 的日子 求 耶和華─你 神 一切的話，說：『求你不 再 叫我聽見 耶和華─我 神 的聲音，也不 再 叫我看見 這 大 火，免得 我死亡。』 | According to all that thou desiredst of the Lord thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not. |
| 17 | 耶和華 就對我 說：『他們所 說 的是。 | And the Lord said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken. |
| 18 | 我必在他們弟兄 中間 給他們 興起 一位先知，像你。我要將當說的話 傳給他；他要將 我一切 所 吩咐 的都傳 給他們。 | I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. |
| 19 | 誰 不 聽 他奉我名 所 說 的話，我必 討 誰的罪。 | And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him. |
| 20 | 若有 先知 擅敢 託我的名 說 我所 未 曾吩咐他 說 的話，或是 奉別 神 的名 說話，那 先知 就必治死。』 | But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die. |
| 21 | 你心 裡若 說：『耶和華 所 未 曾吩咐的 話，我們怎能 知道呢？』 | And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken? |
| 22 | 先知 託耶和華 的名 說話，所說的 若不 成就，也無 效驗，這就是 耶和華 所 未 曾吩咐 的，是那先知 擅自 說的，你不要 怕 他。」 | When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him. |
