| 1 | 住 在至高者 隱密處的，必住 在全能者 的蔭下。 | He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. |
| 2 | 我要論到耶和華 說：他是我的避難所，是我的山寨，是我的 神，是我所倚靠的。 | I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. |
| 3 | 他必 救你 脫離捕鳥人 的網羅 和毒害 的瘟疫。 | Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. |
| 4 | 他必用自己的翎毛 遮蔽 你；你要投靠 在他的翅膀 底下；他的誠實 是大小的盾 牌。 | He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. |
| 5 | 你必不 怕 黑夜 的驚駭，或是白日 飛 的箭， | Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; |
| 6 | 也不怕黑夜 行 的瘟疫，或是午間 滅人的 毒病。 | Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. |
| 7 | 雖有千 人仆倒 在你旁邊，萬 人仆倒在你右邊，這災卻不得 臨近 你。 | A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. |
| 8 | 你惟 親眼 觀看，見 惡人 遭報。 | Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. |
| 9 | 耶和華 是我的避難所；你 已將至高者 當 你的居所， | Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; |
| 10 | 禍患 必不 臨到 你，災害 也不 挨近 你的帳棚。 | There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. |
| 11 | 因 他要為你 吩咐 他的使者，在你行的一切 道路 上保護你。 | For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. |
| 12 | 他們要用 手 托著你，免得 你的腳 碰 在石頭上。 | They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. |
| 13 | 你要踹 在 獅子 和虺蛇的身上，踐踏 少壯獅子 和大蛇。 | Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. |
| 14 | 神說：因為 他專心愛 我，我就要搭救他；因為 他知道 我的名，我要把他安置在高處。 | Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. |
| 15 | 他若求告我，我就應允他；他在急難中，我要 與他同在；我要搭救他，使他尊貴。 | He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. |
| 16 | 我要使他足享 長 壽，將我的救恩 顯明給他。 | With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. |
