| 1 | （神 人 摩西的 祈禱）主啊，你 世世代代 作 我們的 居所。 | Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. |
| 2 | 諸山 未曾 生出，地 與世界 你未曾造成，從亙古 到 永遠，你是 神。 | Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. |
| 3 | 你使人 歸 於 塵土，說：你們世人 要歸回。 | Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men. |
| 4 | 在你看來， 千 年 如已過 的昨 日，又如夜間的 一更。 | For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night. |
| 5 | 你叫他們如水沖去；他們如 睡一覺。早晨，他們如生長 的草， | Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up. |
| 6 | 早晨 發芽 生長，晚上 割下 枯乾。 | In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth. |
| 7 | 我們因你的怒氣 而 消滅，因你的忿怒 而驚惶。 | For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled. |
| 8 | 你將我們的罪孽 擺在 你面前，將我們的隱惡 擺在你面 光之中。 | Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance. |
| 9 | 我們經過 的日子 都 在你震怒之下；我們度盡 的年歲 好像 一聲歎息。 | For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told. |
| 10 | 我們一生的年 日 是七十 歲，若是 強壯 可到八十 歲；但其中 所矜誇的 不過是勞苦 愁煩， 轉眼 成空，我們便如飛而去。 | The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. |
| 11 | 誰 曉得 你怒氣 的權勢？誰按著你該受的敬畏 曉得你的忿怒呢？ | Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath. |
| 12 | 求你指教 我們怎樣數算 自己的日子，好叫我們得著 智慧 的心。 | So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. |
| 13 | 耶和華啊，我們要等到 幾時呢？求你轉回，為 你的僕人 後悔。 | Return, O Lord, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants. |
| 14 | 求你使我們早早 飽得 你的慈愛，好叫我們一生一世 歡呼 喜樂。 | O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days. |
| 15 | 求你照著你使我們受苦 的日子，和我們遭 難 的年歲，叫我們喜樂。 | Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil. |
| 16 | 願你的作為 向 你僕人 顯現；願你的榮耀 向 他們子孫顯明。 | Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children. |
| 17 | 願主─我們 神 的榮美 歸於 我們身上。願你堅立 我們手 所做的工；我們手 所做的工，願你堅立。 | And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. |
