| 2 | 人人 向 鄰舍 說 謊；他們說話，是嘴唇 油滑，心口不一。 | They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak. |
| 3 | 凡 油滑 的嘴唇 和誇 大 的舌頭，耶和華 必要剪除。 | The Lord shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things: |
| 4 | 他們 曾說：我們必能以舌頭 得勝；我們的嘴唇 是我們自己的，誰 能作我們的 主呢？ | Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us? |
| 5 | 耶和華 說：因為困苦人 的冤屈 和貧窮人 的歎息，我現在 要起來，把他安置 在他 所切慕 的穩妥之地。 | For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the Lord; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him. |
| 6 | 耶和華 的言語 是純淨 的言語，如同銀子 在泥 爐中 煉過 七次。 | The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. |
| 7 | 耶和華啊，你 必保護他們；你必保佑他們 永遠 脫離 這 世代的人。 | Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. |
| 8 | 下流人 在世人中 升高，就有惡人 到處 遊行。 | The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted. |
