| 2 | 法利賽人 看見，就對耶穌 說：「看哪，你的 門徒 做 安息日 不 可 做的事了！」 | But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day. |
| 3 | 耶穌對他們 說：「 經上記著大衛 和 跟從 他 的人飢餓 之時 所做的事，你們沒有 念過嗎？ | But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him; |
| 4 | 他怎麼 進了 神 的殿， 吃了 陳設 餅，這 餅不 是 他 和 跟從 他 的人可以 吃得，惟 獨 祭司才可以吃。 | How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests? |
| 5 | 再者，律法 上所記的， 當安息日，祭司 在 殿 裡犯了 安息日 還是 沒有罪，你們沒有 念過嗎？ | Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless? |
| 6 | 但 我告訴 你們， 在這裡 有一人 比殿 更大。 | But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple. |
| 7 | 『我喜愛 憐恤， 不 喜愛祭祀。』 你們若 明白 這 話的意思，就不 將 無罪的 當作有罪的了。 | But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless. |
| 8 | 因為 人 子 是 安息日 的主。」 | For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day. |
| 9 | 耶穌離開 那地方，進了 一個會堂。 | And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue: |
| 10 | 那裡有一個人 枯乾了 一隻手。 有人問 耶穌 說：「安息日 治病 可以不可以？」意思是要 控告 他。 | And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him. |
| 11 | 耶穌說：「你們 中間 誰 有 一隻 羊， 當安息日 掉 在 坑裡，不 把牠 抓住， 拉上來呢？ | And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? |
| 12 | 人 比 羊 何等 貴重呢！所以，在安息日 做 善事 是可以的。」 | How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. |
| 13 | 於是 對那人 說：「伸出 手來！」 他把手一伸，手就 復了 原，和那 隻手一樣。 | Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other. |
| 14 | 法利賽人 出去，商 議 怎樣 可以除滅 耶穌。 | Then the Pharisees went out, and held a council against him, how they might destroy him. |
| 15 | 耶穌 知道了，就離開 那裡， 有許多 人 跟著 他。 他把其中有病的人 都 治好了； | But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all; |
| 16 | 又 囑咐 他們，不要 給 他 傳名。 | And charged them that they should not make him known: |
| 17 | 這是要 應驗 先知 以賽亞 的 話，說： | That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, |
| 18 | 看哪！我的 僕人，我所 揀選、 所親愛、 心裡 所喜悅 的，我要將我的 靈 賜 給 他； 他必將公理 傳給 外邦。 | Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles. |
| 19 | 他不 爭競，不 喧嚷；街 上 也沒有 人 聽見 他的 聲音。 | He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets. |
| 20 | 壓傷的 蘆葦，他不 折斷； 將殘的 燈火，他不 吹滅；等 他 施行 公理，叫 公理得勝。 | A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory. |
| 21 | 外邦人 都要仰望 他的 名。 | And in his name shall the Gentiles trust. |
| 22 | 當下，有人將一個被鬼附著、又瞎 又 啞 的人帶 到耶穌那裡，耶穌就 醫治 他，甚至 那啞巴 又能說話，又 能看見。 | Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw. |
| 23 | 眾人 都 驚奇， 說：「這 不 是 大衛 的子孫嗎？」 | And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David? |
| 24 | 但 法利賽人 聽見，就說：「這個人 趕 鬼，無 非是 靠著 鬼 王 別西卜啊。」 | But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils. |
| 25 | 耶穌知道 他們的 意念，就對他們 說：「凡 一國 自 相 紛爭，就成為荒場； 一城 一家 自 相 紛爭，必站立 不住； | And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: |
| 26 | 若 撒但 趕逐 撒但，就是 自 相紛爭， 他的 國 怎能 站得住呢？ | And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? |
| 27 | 我 若 靠著 別西卜 趕 鬼，你們的 子弟 趕 鬼又靠著 誰呢？ 這樣，他們 就要 斷定你們的 是非。 | And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges. |
| 28 | 我 若 靠著 神 的靈 趕 鬼，這就是 神 的國 臨 到 你們了。 | But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. |
| 29 | 人 怎 能 進 壯士 家 裡， 搶奪 他的 家具呢？除非 先 捆住 那壯士， 才可以 搶奪 他的 家財。 | Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house. |
| 30 | 不 與 我相合的，就是 敵 我的； 不 同 我 收聚的，就是分散的。」 | He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. |
| 31 | 所以 我告訴 你們：「人一切的 罪 和 褻瀆的話 都可得赦免，惟獨 褻瀆 聖靈， 總不 得赦免。 | Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. |
| 32 | 凡 說 話 干犯 人 子的， 還可得赦免；惟獨 說話 干犯 聖 靈的， 今 世 來世 總不 得赦免。」 | And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. |
| 33 | 「你們或 以為 樹 好， 果子 也 好； 樹 壞， 果子 也 壞；因為 看 果子 就可以知道 樹。 | Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. |
| 34 | 毒蛇 的種類！你們既是 惡人，怎 能 說出 好話來呢？因為 心裡 所充滿的，口裡 就說 出來。 | O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. |
| 35 | 善 人 從 他心裡所存的 善 就發出 善來； 惡 人 從 他心裡所存的 惡 就發出 惡來。 | A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. |
| 36 | 我又 告訴 你們， 凡 人 所 說的 閒 話，當 審判 的日子，必要句句 供 出來； | But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. |
| 37 | 因為 要憑 你的 話 定你為義，也 要憑 你的 話 定你有罪。」 | For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. |
| 38 | 當時，有幾個 文士 和 法利賽人 對 耶穌 說：「夫子，我們願意 你 顯個神蹟 給我們看。」 | Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. |
| 39 | 耶穌回答 說：「一個邪惡 淫亂 的世代 求 看神蹟，除了 先知 約拿 的神蹟以外，再 沒有 神蹟 給 他們看。 | But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: |
| 40 | 約拿 三 日 三 夜 在 大魚 肚腹中，人 子 也要 這樣 三 日 三 夜 在 地 裡頭。 | For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. |
| 41 | 當 審判的時候，尼尼微 人 要 起來 定這 世代 的罪，因為 尼尼微人聽了 約拿 所傳的 就悔改了。 看哪，在這裡 有一人比約拿 更大！ | The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. |
| 42 | 當 審判的時候，南方 的女王 要 起來 定這 世代 的罪，因為 她從 地 極 而來，要聽 所羅門 的智慧話。 看哪，在這裡 有一人比所羅門 更大。」 | The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here. |
| 43 | 「 污 鬼 離了 人身，就在無水 之地 過來 過去，尋求 安歇之處，卻 尋 不著。 | When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. |
| 44 | 於是 說：『我要回 到 我 所 出來 的屋裡去。』 到了，就看見 裡面空閒，打掃乾淨， 修飾好了， | Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. |
| 45 | 便 去 另 帶了 七個 比自己 更惡的 鬼來， 都進去 住在 那裡。 那 人 末後 的景況 比先前 更不好了。這 邪惡的 世代 也 要 如此。」 | Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. |
| 46 | 耶穌 還 對眾人 說話的時候，不料 他母親 和 他 弟兄 站在 外邊，要 與他 說話。 | While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. |
| 47 | 有人 告訴 他說：「看哪，你 母親 和 你 弟兄 站在 外邊，要 與你 說話。」 | Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. |
| 48 | 他卻 回答 那人 說：「誰 是 我的 母親？ 誰 是 我的 弟兄？」 | But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? |
| 49 | 就 伸 手 指著 門徒，說：「看哪，我的 母親， 我的 弟兄。 | And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! |
| 50 | 凡 遵行 我 天 父 旨意 的人，就是 我的 弟兄 姊妹 和 母親了。」 | For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. |
