| 8 | 醫治 病人，叫死人 復活，叫長大痲瘋的 潔淨，把鬼 趕出去。你們白白地 得來，也要白白地 捨去。 | Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. |
| 9 | 腰袋 裡 不要 帶 金 銀 銅錢； | Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses, |
| 10 | 行路 不要 帶口袋；不要 帶兩件 褂子，也不要 帶鞋 和 柺杖。因為 工人 得 飲食 是應當的。 | Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat. |
| 11 | 你們無論 進 哪一城， 哪一村，要打聽 那裡 誰 是 好人，就住 在他家，直 住到 走的時候。 | And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence. |
| 12 | 進 他家 裡去，要請他 的安。 | And when ye come into an house, salute it. |
| 13 | 那家 若 配 得平安，你們 所求的平安 就必臨 到 那家； 若 不 配 得，你們 所求的平安 仍歸 你們。 | And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. |
| 14 | 凡 不 接待 你們、不 聽 你們 話的人，你們離開 那 家，或是 那城的時候，就把 腳上 的塵土 跺下去。 | And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. |
| 15 | 我實在 告訴 你們，當 審判的 日子，所多瑪 和 蛾摩拉所受的， 比 那 城 還容易受呢！」 | Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. |
| 16 | 「 我 差 你們去，如同 羊 進 入 狼群；所以 你們要 靈巧 像 蛇， 馴良 像 鴿子。 | Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. |
| 17 | 你們要防備 人；因為 他們要把你們 交 給 公會，也 要在 會堂 裡鞭打 你們， | But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; |
| 18 | 並且 你們要為我的 緣故 被送到 諸侯 君王 面前，對他們 和 外邦人 作 見證。 | And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. |
| 19 | 你們 被交 的時候，不要 思慮 怎樣 說話，或 說甚麼話。 到 那 時候，必賜給 你們 當 說的話； | But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. |
| 20 | 因為 不 是 你們 自己 說的，乃是 你們 父 的靈 在 你們 裡頭說的。 | For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. |
| 21 | 弟兄 要把弟兄， 父親 要把兒子，送 到 死地； 兒女 要與 父母 為敵， 害死 他們； | And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. |
| 22 | 並且 你們要 為 我的 名 被 眾人 恨惡。惟有 忍耐 到 底 的 必然得救。 | And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. |
| 23 | 有人在 這 城 裡逼迫 你們，就逃 到 那城裡去。 我實在 告訴 你們，以色列 的城邑，你們還沒有 走遍， 人 子 就到了。 | But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come. |
| 24 | 學生 不能 高過 先生；僕人 不能 高過 主人。 | The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. |
| 25 | 學生 和 先生 一樣， 僕人 和 主人 一樣，也就 罷了。人既 罵 家主 是別西卜（別西卜：是鬼王的名），何況 他的 家人呢？」 | It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? |
| 26 | 「所以，不要 怕 他們；因為 掩蓋 的事沒 有 不 露出來的， 隱藏 的事 沒有不 被人知道的。 | Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. |
| 27 | 我在 暗 中告訴 你們 的，你們要在 明處 說出來； 你們耳 中 所聽 的，要在 房上 宣揚出來。 | What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. |
| 28 | 那 殺 身體、 不 能 殺 靈魂的，不要 怕他們；惟有 能 把身體 和 靈魂 都 滅 在 地獄裡的，正要 怕他。 | And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. |
| 29 | 兩個 麻雀 不是 賣 一分銀子嗎？若是你們的 父 不許， 一個 也 不能 掉 在 地上； | Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. |
| 30 | 就是 你們的 頭 髮 也 都 被數過了。 | But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. |
| 31 | 所以，不要 懼怕，你們 比許多 麻雀 還貴重！」 | Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. |
| 32 | 「 凡 在人 面前 認 我的，我在我 天上 的父 面前 也 必認 他； | Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. |
| 33 | 凡 在人 面前 不認 我的，我在我 天上 的父 面前 也 必不認 他。」 | But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. |
| 34 | 「你們不要 想 我來 是叫 地上 太平；我來 並不是 叫 地上太平，乃是 叫地上動刀兵。 | Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. |
| 35 | 因為 我來 是叫人 與 父親 生疏， 女兒 與 母親生疏， 媳婦 與 婆婆生疏。 | For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. |
| 36 | 人 的仇敵 就是自己 家裡的人。 | And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. |
| 37 | 「愛 父 母 過於 愛我的， 不 配 作我的門徒； 愛 兒 女 過於 愛我的， 不 配 作我的門徒； | He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. |
| 38 | 不 背著 他的 十字架 跟從 我的， 也不 配 作我的門徒。 | And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. |
| 39 | 得著 生命的，將要失喪 生命； 為 我 失喪 生命的，將要得著 生命。」 | He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. |
| 40 | 「人接待 你們 就是接待 我；接待 我 就是 接待 那差 我來的。 | He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. |
| 41 | 人因為 先知 的名 接待 先知，必得 先知 所得的賞賜； 人因為 義人 的名 接待 義人，必得 義人 所得的賞賜。 | He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward. |
| 42 | 無論何人，因為 門徒 的名，只 把一杯 涼水 給這 小子 裡的一個 喝，我實在 告訴 你們，這人 不能 不 得 賞賜。」 | And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. |
