| 1 | 耶穌從那裡 起身，來 到 猶太 的境界 並 約旦河 外。 眾人 又 聚集 到 他那裡， 他又 照 常 教訓 他們。 | And he arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again. |
| 2 | 有法利賽人 來 問 他說：「人 休 妻 可以 不可以？」意思要試探 他。 | And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him. |
| 3 | 耶穌回答 說：「摩西 吩咐 你們 的是甚麼？」 | And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you? |
| 4 | 他們說：「摩西 許 人寫了 休 書 便 可以休妻。」 | And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away. |
| 5 | 耶穌 說：「摩西因為 你們的 心硬，所以寫 這 條例 給你們； | And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. |
| 6 | 但 從 起初 創造的時候， 神造 人 是造男 造女。 | But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. |
| 7 | 因 此，人 要離開 父 母， 與 妻子 連合， 二 人成 為 一 體。 | For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; |
| 8 | 既然如此，夫妻不再 是 兩個人，乃 是一 體的了。 | And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. |
| 9 | 所以， 神 配合 的，人 不可 分開。」 | What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. |
| 10 | 到了 屋裡，門徒 就 問 他 這事。 | And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. |
| 11 | 耶穌對他們 說：「凡 休 妻 另 娶的，就是犯姦淫，辜負 他的妻子； | And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. |
| 12 | 妻子 若 離棄 丈夫 另 嫁，也是犯姦淫了。」 | And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery. |
| 13 | 有人帶著 小孩子 來見耶穌，要 耶穌 摸 他們，門徒 便 責備那些人。 | And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. |
| 14 | 耶穌 看見 就惱怒， 對門徒 說：「讓 小孩子 到 我 這裡來，不要 禁止 他們；因為在 神 國的，正是 這樣的人。 | But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. |
| 15 | 我實在 告訴 你們，凡 要承受 神 國的，若不 像 小孩子，斷不能 進 去。」 | Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. |
| 16 | 於是抱著 小孩子，給 他們 按 手，為他們祝福。 | And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them. |
| 17 | 耶穌出來 行路的時候，有一個 人跑來， 跪 在他面前，問 他說：「良善的 夫子，我當做 甚麼事 才 可以承受 永 生？」 | And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? |
| 18 | 耶穌 對他 說：「你為甚麼 稱 我 是良善的？除了 神 一位之外，再沒有 良善的。 | And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. |
| 19 | 誡命 你是曉得的：不可 殺人；不可 姦淫；不可 偷盜；不可 作假見證；不可 虧負人；當孝敬 父 母。」 | Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother. |
| 20 | 他對耶穌 說：「夫子，這 一切 我 從 小 都遵守了。」 | And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth. |
| 21 | 耶穌 看著 他，就愛 他， 對他 說：「你 還缺少 一件：去 變賣 你所 有的， 分給 窮人，就 必有 財寶 在 天上； 你還要來 跟從 我。」 | Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. |
| 22 | 他聽見 這話，臉上就變了色，憂憂愁愁地 走了，因為 他 的產業 很多。 | And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions. |
| 23 | 耶穌 周圍一看，對 門徒 說：「有 錢財 的人進 神 的國 是何等地 難哪！」 | And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! |
| 24 | 門徒 希奇 他的 話。 耶穌 又 對 他們 說：「小子，倚靠錢財的人進 神的 國 是 何等地 難哪！ | And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! |
| 25 | 駱駝 穿 過 針的 眼，比 財主 進 神的 國 還 容易呢。」 | It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. |
| 26 | 門徒就分外 希奇，對 他 說：「這樣 誰 能 得救呢？」 | And they were astonished out of measure, saying among themselves, Who then can be saved? |
| 27 | 耶穌 看著 他們，說：「在 人 是不能，在 神 卻 不然，因為 神 凡事 都能。」 | And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. |
| 28 | 彼得 就 對他 說：「看哪，我們 已經撇下 所有的 跟從 你了。」 | Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. |
| 29 | 耶穌 說：「我實在 告訴 你們， 人 為 我 和 福音 撇下 房屋，或是 弟兄、 姊妹、 父 母、 兒女、 田地， | And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, |
| 30 | 沒有不 在 今 世 得 百倍的，就是房屋、 弟兄、 姊妹、 母親、 兒女、 田地，並且要受 逼迫， 在 來 世 必得永 生。 | But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. |
| 31 | 然而，有許多 在前的，將要在 後， 在後的，將要在前。」 | But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. |
| 32 | 他們行 路 上 耶路撒冷去。 耶穌 在 前頭 走， 門徒就希奇， 跟從 的人也害怕。 耶穌又 叫 過十二個門徒來，把自己 將要 遭遇 的事 告訴 他們說： | And they were in the way going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus went before them: and they were amazed; and as they followed, they were afraid. And he took again the twelve, and began to tell them what things should happen unto him, |
| 33 | 「看哪，我們上 耶路撒冷去， 人 子 將要被交給 祭司長 和 文士， 他們要定 他 死罪， 交給 外邦人。 | Saying, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the chief priests, and unto the scribes; and they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him to the Gentiles: |
| 34 | 他們要戲弄 他， 吐唾沫 在他臉上， 鞭打 他， 殺害他。 過了 三 天，他要復活。」 | And they shall mock him, and shall scourge him, and shall spit upon him, and shall kill him: and the third day he shall rise again. |
| 35 | 西庇太的 兒子 雅各、 約翰 進前來，對耶穌 說：「夫子，我們無論 求 你 甚麼，願 你給我們 做。」 | And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire. |
| 36 | 耶穌說：「要 我 給你們 做 甚麼？」 | And he said unto them, What would ye that I should do for you? |
| 37 | 他們說：「賜 我們 在 你的 榮耀裡，一個 坐 在 你 右邊， 一個 坐在 你左邊。」 | They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory. |
| 38 | 耶穌 說：「你們不 知道 所求的 是甚麼，我 所 喝 的杯，你們能 喝嗎？ 我 所 受 的洗，你們能受嗎？」 | But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? |
| 39 | 他們說：「我們能。」 耶穌 說：「我 所 喝的 杯，你們也要喝； 我 所 受的 洗，你們也要受； | And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized: |
| 40 | 只是 坐 在我的 左 右，不 是 我 可以賜的，乃是 為誰 預備的，就賜給誰。」 | But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared. |
| 41 | 那 十個 門徒聽見，就 惱怒 雅各、 約翰。 | And when the ten heard it, they began to be much displeased with James and John. |
| 42 | 耶穌 叫 他們來，對他們 說：「你們知道， 外邦人 有尊 為君王的，治理 他們， 有 大臣 操權管束 他們。 | But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them. |
| 43 | 只是 在 你們中間，不 是 這樣。 你們 中間，誰 願 為 大，就必作 你們的 用人； | But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: |
| 44 | 在 你們中間，誰 願 為 首，就必作 眾人的 僕人。 | And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. |
| 45 | 因為 人 子 來，並 不是 要受人的服事，乃是 要服事人，並且 要捨 命 作 多人的 贖價。」 | For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. |
| 46 | 到 了 耶利哥； 耶穌 同 門徒 並 許多 人 出 耶利哥的時候，有一個討飯的 瞎子，是底買的 兒子 巴底買，坐 在 路旁。 | And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimeus, the son of Timeus, sat by the highway side begging. |
| 47 | 他聽見 是 拿撒勒的 耶穌，就 喊 著 說：「大衛的 子孫 耶穌啊！可憐 我吧！」 | And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me. |
| 48 | 有許多人 責備 他， 不許他作聲。他卻 越發 大 聲喊著說：「大衛的 子孫哪，可憐 我吧！」 | And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me. |
| 49 | 耶穌 就站住，說：「叫 過他來。」他們就 叫 那瞎子，對他 說：「放心，起來！他叫 你啦。」 | And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee. |
| 50 | 瞎子就 丟下 衣服，跳起來，走 到 耶穌那裡。 | And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus. |
| 51 | 耶穌 說：「要 我為你 做 甚麼？」 瞎子 說：「拉波尼（就是夫子）， 我要能看見。」 | And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight. |
| 52 | 耶穌 說：「你去吧！你的 信 救了 你了。」 瞎子立刻 看見了，就 在 路 上跟隨 耶穌。 | And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way. |
