| 2 | 我是奉 啟示 上去的， 把我在外邦人 中 所傳的 福音 對弟兄們 陳說；卻是 背地裡 對那有名望之人說的，惟恐我現在，或是 從前，徒然 奔跑。 | And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain. |
| 3 | 但 與我 同去 的 提多，雖是 希臘人，也沒有 勉強 他受割禮； | But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised: |
| 4 | 因為 有偷著引進來 的假弟兄， 私下 窺探 我們 在基督 耶穌 裡 的 自由，要叫 我們 作奴僕。 | And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: |

| 6 | 至於 那些有名望的，不論他是 何等人，都與我 無 干。 神 不 以外貌 取人。 那些有名望的，並沒有加增 我 甚麼， | But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man’s person:) for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me: |
| 7 | 反倒 看見了 主託 我傳福音 給那未受割禮的人，正如 託彼得 傳福音給那受割禮的人。 | But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; |
| 8 | （ 那感動 彼得、叫 他為受割禮之人 作使徒的，也 感動 我，叫 我為外邦人作使徒；） | (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:) |
| 9 | 又知道 所賜給 我 的恩典，那 稱為 教會柱石 的雅各、 磯法、 約翰，就向 我 和 巴拿巴 用右手 行相交之禮，叫 我們 往外邦人 那裡去， 他們 往受割禮的人 那裡去。 | And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision. |

| 12 | 從 雅各 那裡來 的人 未到以先，他和外邦人 一同 吃飯， 及至 他們來到，他因怕 奉 割禮的人，就退去 與外邦人隔開了。 | For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. |
| 13 | 其餘的 猶太人 也都隨著 他 裝假，甚至 連巴拿巴 也 隨夥 裝假。 | And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation. |
| 14 | 但 我一看見 他們行的不 正，與福音 的真理 不合，就在眾人 面前 對磯法 說：「你 既是 猶太人，若 隨外邦人 行事， 不 隨猶太人行事，怎麼 還勉強 外邦人 隨猶太人呢？」 | But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews? |
| 15 | 我們 這生來的 猶太人， 不是 外邦 的 罪人； | We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, |
| 16 | 既 知道 人 稱義 不是 因 行 律法，乃是 因 信 耶穌 基督，連 我們 也信了 基督 耶穌，使 我們因 信 基督 稱義， 不 因 行 律法稱義；因為 凡有血氣的，沒有 一人因 行 律法 稱義。 | Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. |
| 17 | 我們若 求 在基督 裡 稱義， 卻仍舊 是 罪人，難道 基督 是叫人犯 罪的嗎？斷乎不是！ | But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. |
| 18 | 我素來所拆毀 的，若 重新 建造，這就證明 自己 是犯罪的人。 | For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. |
| 19 | 我 因 律法，就向律法 死了，叫我可以向 神 活著。 | For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. |
| 20 | 我已經與基督 同釘十字架， 現在活著 的不再是 我，乃是 基督 在我 裡面 活著；並且 我如今 在 肉身 活著，是因 信 神 的兒子 而活；他 是愛 我， 為 我 捨 己。 | I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. |
| 21 | 我不 廢掉 神 的恩； 義 若是 藉著 律法得的， 基督 就是徒然 死了。 | I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. |
