| 1 | 肇造爾雅各、甄陶爾以色列之耶和華曰、勿懼、我已贖爾、呼爾以名、爾爲我有、 | But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. |
| 2 | 爾涉於水、我必與俱、憑河不至淹沒、經火不致焚燬、其燄不爇爾身、 | When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. |
| 3 | 我乃爾之上帝耶和華、以色列之聖者、爾之救主、以埃及贖爾、以古實西巴代爾、 | For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. |
| 4 | 我視爾爲寶爲貴、眷愛爾、故以他人易爾、以列邦代爾生命、 | Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. |
| 5 | 勿懼、我偕爾、必自東方攜爾之裔、自西方集爾之衆、 | Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west; |
| 6 | 謂北方曰、當令旋返、謂南方曰、勿行拘留、攜我諸子、還自遠方、攜我諸女、歸從地極、 | I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; |
| 7 | 卽以我名而稱、我所肇造、以彰我榮、我所甄陶、成就者也、 | Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. |
| 8 | 有目而矇、有耳而聵之民、當攜之出、 | Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears. |
| 9 | 集列邦、會萬民、其中孰能言此、而示我以往事、當攜證者、以徵其言、使人聞之曰、誠是也、 | Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth. |
| 10 | 耶和華曰、爾曹爲我之證、爲我所選之僕、俾爾知而信我、深悉我爲上帝、在我之先、無他上帝、在我之後、亦無有焉、 | Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. |

| 12 | 耶和華曰、我旣宣告、我亦救援、我亦指示、爾中無有異族之神、故爾爲我之證、我乃上帝、 | I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, that I am God. |
| 13 | 自茲以往、我爲上帝、無能奪於我手、我之所爲、誰能阻之、○ | Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it? |
| 14 | 贖爾之耶和華、以色列之聖者云、以爾之故、我將遣人至巴比倫、使逃亡之迦勒底人、乘其喜樂之舟而來、 | Thus saith the Lord, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships. |
| 15 | 我乃耶和華、爾之聖者、肇造以色列、爲爾君王、 | I am the Lord, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King. |
| 16 | 耶和華曾闢路於滄海、備途於巨浸、 | Thus saith the Lord, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters; |
| 17 | 使車馬軍旅勇士咸集、而傾覆之、不能復起、悉皆見滅、如熄餘燼、 | Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow. |
| 18 | 耶和華云、已往之事勿憶、疇昔之事勿思、 | Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. |
| 19 | 我今作有新事、將卽出現、爾豈不知之、我必備途於曠野、濬川於荒墟、 | Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. |
| 20 | 野中百獸、野犬鴕鳥、必皆尊我、因我備水於曠野、濬川於荒墟、以飲我之選民、 | The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen. |
| 21 | 卽我爲己所肇造者、使之揚我聲譽、 | This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise. |
| 22 | 惟爾雅各、不呼籲我、以色列厭我、 | But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel. |
| 23 | 不以爾羊燔而獻我、不以祭品尊我、我使爾奉禮物、非累爾也、命爾焚香品、非煩爾也、 | Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense. |
| 24 | 爾不以金購之菖蒲奉我、不以犧牲之脂膏供我、乃以爾諸罪累我、以爾諸愆煩我、 | Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities. |
| 25 | 惟我爲己之故、塗抹爾愆、不念爾罪、 | I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. |
| 26 | 爾其使我追憶、互相辯論、陳爾之事、或可稱義、 | Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified. |
| 27 | 爾之始祖干罪、爾之師傅又復逆我、 | Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me. |
| 28 | 故我必辱聖所之長、使雅各受詛、以色列被謗焉、 | Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches. |
