| 2 | 無力者、爾若何助之、弱臂者、爾若何救之、 | How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength? |
| 3 | 無知者、爾若何啟迪之、大顯實智、 | How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is? |
| 4 | 爾向誰而言、誰之神自爾而出、 | To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee? |
| 5 | 在大水及水族之下、幽魂戰慄、 | Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof. |
| 6 | 於上帝前、陰府顯露、死域無蔽、 | Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering. |
| 7 | 有北極於清虛、懸大地於空際、 | He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. |
| 8 | 涵水於密雲、而雲不裂、 | He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them. |
| 9 | 障蔽厥位、布雲其上、 | He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it. |
| 10 | 劃界於水面、至明暗之境、 | He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end. |
| 11 | 因其叱咤、天柱震驚、 | The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof. |
| 12 | 以其能平靜滄海、以其智擊破波濤、 | He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud. |
| 13 | 以其神妝飾碧落、以其手刺殺飛龍、 | By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent. |
| 14 | 此其工作之末、我所聞之聲響、何其微小、至有力之雷霆、又孰能測之、 | Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand? |
