| 1 | 我見居於座者、右手擎卷、內外書文、緘以七印、 | And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. |
| 2 | 又見有力之使者、大聲呼曰、誰堪啟卷、而揭其印乎、 | And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? |
| 3 | 在天在地曁地下、無能啟卷、或從而觀之、 | And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. |
| 4 | 我卽大哭、因未遇堪啟其卷、或觀之者也、 | And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. |
| 5 | 長老之一遂謂我曰、勿哭、猶大支之獅、大衞之根、已獲勝、能啟此卷、及其七印、 | And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. |
| 6 | 我又見座中、及四生物、與諸長老中、有羔立焉、如曾見殺、有七角七目、卽上帝遣於天下之七神、 | And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. |
| 7 | 彼前取卷、自居座者之右手、 | And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. |
| 8 | 旣取之、則四生物與二十四長老、伏於羔前、各執琴、與金盂盈以香、卽諸聖徒之祈禱、 | And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. |
| 9 | 皆唱新歌曰、爾堪取卷而啟其印、因爾見殺、曾以爾血、自各族各方各民各國之中、購人以歸上帝、 | And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; |
| 10 | 使之爲國、爲祭司、歸我儕之上帝、且王於地、 | And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. |
| 11 | 我又見於座與生物、及長老四周之衆使者、其數萬萬千千、 | And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; |
| 12 | 聞其大聲曰、見殺之羔、堪得其能、其富、其智、其力、其尊、其榮、其頌、 | Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. |
| 13 | 又聞在天在地曁地下海中受造之物、及其中所有者、僉云、願頌及尊、與榮與權、歸居於座者與羔、至於世世、 | And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. |
| 14 | 四生物曰、阿們、諸長老遂伏而拜、 | And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. |
