절	聖經 (文理和合)	King James Version
1	尼八子耶羅波安王十八年、亞比央卽位、爲猶大王、	Now in the eighteenth year of king Jeroboam the son of Nebat reigned Abijam over Judah.
2	在耶路撒冷爲王、凡歷三年、其母名瑪迦、押沙龍女也、	Three years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom.
3	亞比央從其父所行諸罪、不效厥祖大衞、專心於其上帝耶和華、	And he walked in all the sins of his father, which he had done before him: and his heart was not perfect with the Lord his God, as the heart of David his father.
4	然以大衞之故、其上帝耶和華賜以燈光、在於耶路撒冷、俾其子嗣位、鞏固耶路撒冷、	Nevertheless for David’s sake did the Lord his God give him a lamp in Jerusalem, to set up his son after him, and to establish Jerusalem:
5	蓋大衞除於赫人烏利亞之事外、皆行耶和華所悅、畢生不違其所命、	Because David did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord, and turned not aside from any thing that he commanded him all the days of his life, save only in the matter of Uriah the Hittite.
6	羅波安存日、與耶羅波安常相戰鬬、	And there was war between Rehoboam and Jeroboam all the days of his life.
7	亞比央與耶羅波安、亦相戰鬬、亞比央其餘事蹟、凡其所爲、俱戴於猶大列王紀、	Now the rest of the acts of Abijam, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah? And there was war between Abijam and Jeroboam.
8	亞比央與列祖偕眠、葬於大衞城、子亞撒嗣位、○	And Abijam slept with his fathers; and they buried him in the city of David: and Asa his son reigned in his stead.
9	以色列王耶羅波安二十年、亞撒卽位、爲猶大王、	And in the twentieth year of Jeroboam king of Israel reigned Asa over Judah.
10	在耶路撒冷爲王、歷四十一年、其祖母瑪迦、押沙龍女也、	And forty and one years reigned he in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom.
11	亞撒行耶和華所悅、效其祖大衞所爲、	And Asa did that which was right in the eyes of the Lord, as did David his father.
12	驅孌童於斯土、除其列祖所作之偶像、	And he took away the sodomites out of the land, and removed all the idols that his fathers had made.
13	貶其祖母瑪迦太后之位、緣其爲亞舍拉作可憎之像、亞撒斫其像、焚於汲淪溪旁、	And also Maachah his mother, even her he removed from being queen, because she had made an idol in a grove; and Asa destroyed her idol, and burnt it by the brook Kidron.
14	惟崇邱未廢、然亞撒畢生、專心於耶和華、	But the high places were not removed: nevertheless Asa’s heart was perfect with the Lord all his days.
15	以父所獻、及己所獻之金銀與器皿、進於耶和華室、	And he brought in the things which his father had dedicated, and the things which himself had dedicated, into the house of the Lord, silver, and gold, and vessels.
16	亞撒與以色列王巴沙存日、常相戰鬬、	And there was war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel all their days.
17	以色列王巴沙上攻猶大、建拉瑪、使人不得出入於猶大王亞撒之所、	And Baasha king of Israel went up against Judah, and built Ramah, that he might not suffer any to go out or come in to Asa king of Judah.
18	亞撒取耶和華室及王宮府庫、所餘之金銀、付其臣僕、遣詣居大馬色之亞蘭王、希旬孫、他伯利們子便哈達、曰、	Then Asa took all the silver and the gold that were left in the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king’s house, and delivered them into the hand of his servants: and king Asa sent them to Ben–hadad, the son of Tabrimon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus, saying,
19	爾我有約、如昔爾父與我父然、今我饋爾金銀、請廢爾與以色列王巴沙之約、使之去我、	There is a league between me and thee, and between my father and thy father: behold, I have sent unto thee a present of silver and gold; come and break thy league with Baasha king of Israel, that he may depart from me.
20	便哈達從亞撒王之言、遣其軍長攻以色列之邑、乃擊以雲、但、亞伯伯瑪迦、與基尼烈四境、拿弗他利全地、	So Ben–hadad hearkened unto king Asa, and sent the captains of the hosts which he had against the cities of Israel, and smote Ijon, and Dan, and Abel–beth–maachah, and all Cinneroth, with all the land of Naphtali.
21	巴沙聞之、則止建拉瑪之工、而居得撒、	And it came to pass, when Baasha heard thereof, that he left off building of Ramah, and dwelt in Tirzah.
22	亞撒王宣告猶大衆、不遺一人、遂取巴沙建拉瑪之木石、亞撒王以之建便雅憫之迦巴、與米斯巴、	Then king Asa made a proclamation throughout all Judah; none was exempted: and they took away the stones of Ramah, and the timber thereof, wherewith Baasha had builded; and king Asa built with them Geba of Benjamin, and Mizpah.
23	亞撒其餘事蹟、凡其所爲、與其勇力、及所建之邑、俱載於猶大列王紀、亞撒年老、而有足疾、	The rest of all the acts of Asa, and all his might, and all that he did, and the cities which he built, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah? Nevertheless in the time of his old age he was diseased in his feet.
24	與列祖偕眠、同葬於大衞城、子約沙法嗣位、○	And Asa slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David his father: and Jehoshaphat his son reigned in his stead.
25	猶大王亞撒二年、耶羅波安子拿答卽位、爲以色列王、凡歷二年、	And Nadab the son of Jeroboam began to reign over Israel in the second year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned over Israel two years.
26	拿答行耶和華所惡、循父之道、干父陷以色列人之罪、	And he did evil in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the way of his father, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin.
27	以薩迦族、亞希雅子巴沙叛、弒之於非利士人之基比頓、其時拿答與以色列衆、圍基比頓、	And Baasha the son of Ahijah, of the house of Issachar, conspired against him; and Baasha smote him at Gibbethon, which belonged to the Philistines; for Nadab and all Israel laid siege to Gibbethon.
28	猶大王亞撒三年、巴沙弒之、而篡其位、	Even in the third year of Asa king of Judah did Baasha slay him, and reigned in his stead.
29	甫卽位、則戮耶羅波安全家、凡有血氣者、悉行翦滅、靡有孑遺、如耶和華藉其僕、示羅人亞希雅所言、	And it came to pass, when he reigned, that he smote all the house of Jeroboam; he left not to Jeroboam any that breathed, until he had destroyed him, according unto the saying of the Lord, which he spake by his servant Ahijah the Shilonite:
30	因耶羅波安所犯之罪、使以色列人陷之、激以色列上帝耶和華之怒、	Because of the sins of Jeroboam which he sinned, and which he made Israel sin, by his provocation wherewith he provoked the Lord God of Israel to anger.
31	拿答其餘事蹟、凡其所爲、俱載於以色列列王紀、	Now the rest of the acts of Nadab, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
32	亞撒與以色列王巴沙存日、常相戰鬬、○	And there was war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel all their days.
33	猶大王亞撒三年、亞希雅子巴沙、在得撒卽位、爲以色列王、歷二十四年、	In the third year of Asa king of Judah began Baasha the son of Ahijah to reign over all Israel in Tirzah, twenty and four years.
34	行耶和華所惡、循耶羅波安之道、干其陷以色列人之罪、	And he did evil in the sight of the Lord, and walked in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin.
