절聖經 (文理和合)King James Version
1 亞達薛西王時、自巴比倫與我偕上之族長、及其譜系如左、 These are now the chief of their fathers, and this is the genealogy of them that went up with me from Babylon, in the reign of Artaxerxes the king.
2 非尼哈裔革順、以他瑪裔但以理、大衞裔哈突、 Of the sons of Phinehas; Gershom: of the sons of Ithamar; Daniel: of the sons of David; Hattush.
3 巴錄之後、示迦尼裔撒迦利亞、與其宗族、循其譜系、計丁男百五十人、 Of the sons of Shechaniah, of the sons of Pharosh; Zechariah: and with him were reckoned by genealogy of the males an hundred and fifty.
4 巴哈摩押裔、西拉希雅子以利約乃、與丁男二百人、 Of the sons of Pahath–moab; Elihoenai the son of Zerahiah, and with him two hundred males.
5 示迦尼裔、雅哈悉子、與丁男三百人、 Of the sons of Shechaniah; the son of Jahaziel, and with him three hundred males.
6 亞丁裔、約拿單子以別、與丁男五十人、 Of the sons also of Adin; Ebed the son of Jonathan, and with him fifty males.
7 以攔裔、亞他利雅子耶篩亞、與丁男七十人、 And of the sons of Elam; Jeshaiah the son of Athaliah, and with him seventy males.
8 示法提雅裔、米迦勒子西巴第雅、與丁男八十人、 And of the sons of Shephatiah; Zebadiah the son of Michael, and with him fourscore males.
9 約押裔、耶歇子俄巴底亞、與丁男二百十八人、 Of the sons of Joab; Obadiah the son of Jehiel, and with him two hundred and eighteen males.
10 示羅密裔、約細斐子、與丁男百六十人、 And of the sons of Shelomith; the son of Josiphiah, and with him an hundred and threescore males.
11 比拜裔、比拜子撒迦利亞、與丁男二十八人、 And of the sons of Bebai; Zechariah the son of Bebai, and with him twenty and eight males.
12 押甲裔、哈加坦子約哈難、與丁男百有十人、 And of the sons of Azgad; Johanan the son of Hakkatan, and with him an hundred and ten males.
13 亞多尼干裔、季者以利法列、耶利、示瑪雅、與丁男六十人、 And of the last sons of Adonikam, whose names are these, Eliphelet, Jeiel, and Shemaiah, and with them threescore males.
14 比革瓦伊裔烏太、撒布、與丁男七十人、○ Of the sons also of Bigvai; Uthai, and Zabbud, and with them seventy males.
15 我於流往亞哈瓦之河濱、會集斯衆、在彼張幕三日、察閱庶民與祭司、其中不見利未人、 And I gathered them together to the river that runneth to Ahava; and there abode we in tents three days: and I viewed the people, and the priests, and found there none of the sons of Levi.
16 乃召以利以謝、亞列、示瑪雅、以利拿單、雅立、以利拿單、拿單、撒迦利亞、米書蘭、皆爲族長、及教習約雅立、以利拿單、 Then sent I for Eliezer, for Ariel, for Shemaiah, and for Elnathan, and for Jarib, and for Elnathan, and for Nathan, and for Zechariah, and for Meshullam, chief men; also for Joiarib, and for Elnathan, men of understanding.
17 遣之至迦西斐雅、見其地族長易多、使告易多、與其昆弟尼提甯人、令人至此、爲我上帝室供其役事、 And I sent them with commandment unto Iddo the chief at the place Casiphia, and I told them what they should say unto Iddo, and to his brethren the Nethinims, at the place Casiphia, that they should bring unto us ministers for the house of our God.
18 我儕蒙我上帝之祐、於以色列子利未之孫抹利裔中得聰慧者一人、及示利比、與其子弟十八人、 And by the good hand of our God upon us they brought us a man of understanding, of the sons of Mahli, the son of Levi, the son of Israel; and Sherebiah, with his sons and his brethren, eighteen;
19 哈沙比雅同米拉利裔耶篩亞、與其子弟二十人、 And Hashabiah, and with him Jeshaiah of the sons of Merari, his brethren and their sons, twenty;
20 及尼提甯人、卽大衞與牧伯所賜、服役利未人者之裔、二百二十人、攜之而至、其名皆經檢點、○ Also of the Nethinims, whom David and the princes had appointed for the service of the Levites, two hundred and twenty Nethinims: all of them were expressed by name.
21 時、我在亞哈瓦河濱、宣告禁食、在我上帝前自卑、求其使我及幼稚、與凡所有、俱得坦途、 Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.
22 昔我告王曰、凡尋求我上帝者、必蒙其祐、棄之者必犯其權、干其怒、今求王遣步卒騎兵、助我禦敵於路、我以爲恥、 For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him.
23 故我禁食、求我上帝、蒙其俞允、 So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.
24 我簡祭司長十二人、卽示利比哈沙比雅、及其昆弟十人、 Then I separated twelve of the chief of the priests, Sherebiah, Hashabiah, and ten of their brethren with them,
25 以金銀與器皿、卽王與謀士軍長、及在彼之以色列衆、爲我上帝室所獻者、權衡其數、付於其手、 And weighed unto them the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, even the offering of the house of our God, which the king, and his counsellors, and his lords, and all Israel there present, had offered:
26 銀六百五十他連得、銀器一百他連得、金一百他連得、 I even weighed unto their hand six hundred and fifty talents of silver, and silver vessels an hundred talents, and of gold an hundred talents;
27 金盂二十、重同金幣一千、光華之銅器二、其珍如金、 Also twenty basons of gold, of a thousand drams; and two vessels of fine copper, precious as gold.
28 我告祭司曰、爾歸耶和華爲聖、器皿亦爲聖、金銀乃樂輸於爾列祖之上帝耶和華、 And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto the Lord; the vessels are holy also; and the silver and the gold are a freewill offering unto the Lord God of your fathers.
29 當謹守之、俟再權於祭司長、利未人、以色列族長前、在耶路撒冷耶和華室之庫、 Watch ye, and keep them, until ye weigh them before the chief of the priests and the Levites, and chief of the fathers of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of the Lord.
30 祭司利未人、乃收金銀與器皿、如其所權之數、運至耶路撒冷我上帝室、○ So took the priests and the Levites the weight of the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, to bring them to Jerusalem unto the house of our God.
31 正月十二日、我儕離亞哈瓦河濱、欲往耶路撒冷、蒙我上帝之祐、得免於敵、及途間潛伏者之手、 Then we departed from the river of Ahava on the twelfth day of the first month, to go unto Jerusalem: and the hand of our God was upon us, and he delivered us from the hand of the enemy, and of such as lay in wait by the way.
32 遂至耶路撒冷、居彼三日、 And we came to Jerusalem, and abode there three days.
33 越至四日、在我上帝室、權金銀與器皿、付諸祭司、烏利亞子米利末之手、非尼哈子以利亞撒、利未人耶書亞子約撒拔、賓內子挪亞底偕之、 Now on the fourth day was the silver and the gold and the vessels weighed in the house of our God by the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriah the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinehas; and with them was Jozabad the son of Jeshua, and Noadiah the son of Binnui, Levites;
34 是日咸核其數、權其輕重、錄之於册、 By number and by weight of every one: and all the weight was written at that time.
35 俘囚之衆、自異域而歸者、爲以色列衆獻燔祭、奉於以色列之上帝、牡牛十二、牡綿羊九十六、綿羊羔七十七、且獻牡山羊十二、以爲贖罪之祭、俱獻於耶和華爲燔祭、 Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt offering unto the Lord.
36 又以王詔付於王臣、及河西諸方伯、彼乃助民、與上帝室所需、 And they delivered the king’s commissions unto the king’s lieutenants, and to the governors on this side the river: and they furthered the people, and the house of God.
