| 1 | 摩西與以色列長老諭民曰、我今日所諭爾者、爾當遵守、 | And Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandments which I command you this day. |
| 2 | 爾渡約但、至爾上帝耶和華所賜之地、其日必立大石、塗之以灰、 | And it shall be on the day when ye shall pass over Jordan unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaister them with plaister: |
| 3 | 旣渡之後、當錄斯律諸言於上、致可入爾上帝耶和華所賜流乳與蜜之地、如爾祖之上帝耶和華所許者、 | And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as the Lord God of thy fathers hath promised thee. |
| 4 | 旣渡約但、循我今日所諭、必立斯石於以巴路山、塗之以灰、 | Therefore it shall be when ye be gone over Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, in mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaister them with plaister. |
| 5 | 在彼爲爾上帝耶和華建壇、以石爲之、毋用鐵器而造、 | And there shalt thou build an altar unto the Lord thy God, an altar of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them. |
| 6 | 建爾上帝耶和華之壇、必以未經雕鑿之石在壇之上、獻燔祭於爾上帝耶和華、 | Thou shalt build the altar of the Lord thy God of whole stones: and thou shalt offer burnt offerings thereon unto the Lord thy God: |
| 7 | 亦獻酬恩祭、在彼食之、樂於爾上帝耶和華前、 | And thou shalt offer peace offerings, and shalt eat there, and rejoice before the Lord thy God. |
| 8 | 錄斯律諸言於石、當詳明焉、○ | And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this law very plainly. |
| 9 | 摩西與利未人祭司、告以色列民曰、以色列人歟、爾其靜默以聽、今日爾成爲爾上帝耶和華之民、 | And Moses and the priests the Levites spake unto all Israel, saying, Take heed, and hearken, O Israel; this day thou art become the people of the Lord thy God. |
| 10 | 故必聽從其言、行其誡命典章、乃我今日所諭爾者也、○ | Thou shalt therefore obey the voice of the Lord thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day. |
| 11 | 當日摩西諭民曰、 | And Moses charged the people the same day, saying, |
| 12 | 旣濟約但、西緬、利未、猶大、以薩迦、約瑟、便雅憫諸支派、當立於基利心山、爲民祝嘏、 | These shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people, when ye are come over Jordan; Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin: |
| 13 | 流便、迦得、亞設、西布倫、但、拿弗他利諸支派、當立於以巴路山、宣其詛詞、 | And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse; Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali. |
| 14 | 利未人當大聲以向以色列民曰、 | And the Levites shall speak, and say unto all the men of Israel with a loud voice, |
| 15 | 凡人雕偶鑄像、匠人所造、乃耶和華所惡、立於隱處者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the Lord, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen. |
| 16 | 輕視父母者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that setteth light by his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 17 | 移鄰里之界址者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour’s landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 18 | 使瞽迷途者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 19 | 屈抑賓旅孤寡者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 20 | 烝父繼室、辱其父者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that lieth with his father’s wife; because he uncovereth his father’s skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 21 | 淫於獸者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 22 | 姦亂同父異母、異父同母之姊妹者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 23 | 烝妻母者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that lieth with his mother in law. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 24 | 陰擊鄰里者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbour secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 25 | 受賄以殺不辜者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
| 26 | 不遵斯律之言而行者、必受詛、衆民當應曰、阿們、 | Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen. |
