| 1 | 耶和華我主歟、爾名巍巍於大地、爾榮赫赫於諸天兮、 | O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. |
| 2 | 因敵之故、爾由赤子乳哺者之口、而堅厥力、使敵與報復者、默爾無言兮、 | Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. |
| 3 | 我觀爾手所造之蒼穹、所設之月星、 | When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; |
| 4 | 世人爲誰、爾垂念之、人子爲誰、爾眷顧之、 | What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? |
| 5 | 使之少遜於上帝、冠之以尊榮、 | For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. |
| 6 | 爾手所造者、使之主理、置萬物於其足下、 | Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: |
| 7 | 有若牛羊野獸、 | All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field; |
| 8 | 天上飛鳥、水中潛鱗、凡游泳於海者兮、 | The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas. |
