| 1 | 耶和華歟、我必尊崇爾、爾救拔我、不使我敵誇耀兮、 | I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me. |
| 2 | 耶和華我上帝歟、我曾籲爾、爾則醫我兮、 | O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. |
| 3 | 耶和華歟、爾出我魂於陰府、使我生存、免入墳墓兮、 | O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. |
| 4 | 耶和華之聖民歟、爾其歌頌耶和華、稱揚其聖名兮、 | Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. |
| 5 | 其怒在俄頃、其恩在畢生、哭泣寄於夜、歡欣來於晨兮、 | For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. |
| 6 | 若我、在利達時、自謂永不動搖兮、 | And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved. |
| 7 | 耶和華歟、昔爾施恩、使我立於固山、及爾掩面、我則煩擾兮、 | Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled. |
| 8 | 耶和華歟、我呼籲爾、向耶和華懇求兮、 | I cried to thee, O Lord; and unto the Lord I made supplication. |
| 9 | 流我之血、使我就墓、何益之有、塵土安能頌爾、安能宣爾誠實兮、 | What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth? |
| 10 | 耶和華歟、垂聽而矜憫我、耶和華歟、其爲我助兮、 | Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be thou my helper. |
| 11 | 爾乃以我哀哭、變爲舞蹈、脫我麻衣、被以喜樂兮、 | Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; |
| 12 | 俾我靈歌頌爾、而不緘默、耶和華我上帝歟、我將稱謝爾、永世靡曁兮、 | To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. |
