| 1 | 爾其頌美耶和華、因歌頌我上帝、爲善爲美、頌美乃宜兮、 | Praise ye the Lord: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely. |
| 2 | 耶和華建耶路撒冷、集以色列驅散之民兮、 | The Lord doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel. |
| 3 | 痛心者醫之、而裹其創兮、 | He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. |
| 4 | 核厥星辰、咸命以名兮、 | He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names. |
| 5 | 我主爲大、能力最宏、智慧無窮兮、 | Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite. |
| 6 | 謙卑者、耶和華扶之、作惡者、傾之於地兮、 | The Lord lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground. |
| 7 | 爾其謳歌、稱謝耶和華、鼓琴歌頌我上帝兮、 | Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God: |
| 8 | 彼以雲蔽天、爲地備雨、使草滋長於山兮、 | Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains. |
| 9 | 賜食於獸、及啼噪之鴉雛兮、 | He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry. |
| 10 | 不喜馬力、不悅人股兮、 | He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man. |
| 11 | 惟寅畏耶和華、仰望其慈惠者、乃其所悅兮、 | The Lord taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy. |
| 12 | 耶路撒冷歟、頌美耶和華、郇歟、頌美爾上帝兮、 | Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion. |
| 13 | 蓋彼固爾門楗、錫嘏爾中子女兮、 | For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee. |
| 14 | 使爾境內平康、飫爾以嘉麥兮、 | He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat. |
| 15 | 其命宣傳於地、其言頒行甚速兮、 | He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly. |
| 16 | 降雪如羊毛、散霜如灰塵兮、 | He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes. |
| 17 | 擲雹如屑、其寒孰能堪兮、 | He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold? |
| 18 | 降諭令其消融、使風吹之、則水流蕩兮、 | He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow. |
| 19 | 以其道示雅各、以其典章律例、示以色列兮、 | He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. |
| 20 | 至於他邦、未嘗如是待之、彼之律例、他邦未之識、爾其頌美耶和華兮、 | He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the Lord. |
