| 1 | 我復舉目、見有四車、出自二山之間、其山乃銅山也、 | And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass. |
| 2 | 一駕赤馬、二駕玄馬、 | In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; |
| 3 | 三駕白馬、四駕斑駁之健馬、 | And in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses. |
| 4 | 我謂與我言之使曰、我主、此維何、 | Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? |
| 5 | 使者曰、此乃天之四風、侍於全地之主前、奉遣而出、 | And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. |
| 6 | 駕玄馬者往北方、白馬從其後、斑駁之馬往南方、 | The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth toward the south country. |
| 7 | 健馬出、欲遍行於地、使者曰、往哉、遍行於地、遂遍行於地焉、 | And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth. |
| 8 | 使者呼而謂我曰、往北方者、已安我心於北方矣、○ | Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country. |
| 9 | 耶和華諭我曰、 | And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, |
| 10 | 俘囚之中、來自巴比倫之黑玳、多比雅、耶大雅、詣西番雅子約西亞之室、是日爾往見之、 | Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah; |
| 11 | 取其金銀、以之製冕、加於約撒答子大祭司約書亞之首、 | Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest; |
| 12 | 謂之曰、萬軍之耶和華云、有名萌蘖者、必由其地挺生、將建耶和華之殿、 | And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord: |
| 13 | 彼建耶和華之殿、亦必得其尊榮、居其位而主治、在其位爲祭司、使此二者之間、著和平之謀議、 | Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. |
| 14 | 此冕歸於希連、多比雅、與耶大雅、以誌西番雅子之惠、置於耶和華殿、 | And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the Lord. |
| 15 | 遠人將至、建耶和華之殿、如是、爾則知萬軍之耶和華遣我就爾、爾若勤遵爾上帝耶和華之命、則此事必成焉、 | And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the Lord, and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God. |
