| 1 | 我復舉目而觀、見一人手執準繩、 | I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand. |
| 2 | 我曰、爾將何之、曰、往度耶路撒冷、而視其長廣、 | Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof. |
| 3 | 與我言之使乃往、他使出迓之、 | And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him, |
| 4 | 謂之曰、爾其疾趨、語此少者曰、耶路撒冷將有居民、因人畜繁多、如無垣之村、 | And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein: |
| 5 | 耶和華曰、我必爲其四周之火垣、且爲其中之榮、 | For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her. |
| 6 | 耶和華曰、咨、我曾散爾於天之四風、爾其自北而遁、耶和華言之矣、 | Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the Lord: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the Lord. |
| 7 | 咨、與巴比倫女偕居之錫安歟、爾其逃避、 | Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon. |
| 8 | 萬軍之耶和華有言、爲彰其榮、遣我至虜爾之邦、犯爾者、卽犯其眸子也、 | For thus saith the Lord of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. |
| 9 | 我將向之搖手、彼必爲其廝役所虜、爾則知萬軍之耶和華遣我矣、 | For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me. |
| 10 | 耶和華曰、錫安女歟、爾其謳歌欣喜、我將蒞臨、居於爾中、 | Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the Lord. |
| 11 | 是日必有多國歸附耶和華、爲我之民、我必居於爾中、如是、爾則知萬軍之耶和華遣我就爾、 | And many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto thee. |
| 12 | 耶和華將取猶大、爲其業於聖地、復簡耶路撒冷、 | And the Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again. |
| 13 | 凡有血氣者、宜靜默於耶和華前、蓋彼興起、而出其聖所矣、 | Be silent, O all flesh, before the Lord: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation. |
