1 以色列族循其行伍、從摩西亞倫出埃及地、歷程如左、 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
2 摩西遵耶和華命、以其所歷之程、筆之於書、 And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the Lord: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.
3 正月之望、逾越節之翌日、以色列族自蘭塞啟行、昂然而出、爲埃及人目擊、 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.
4 時埃及人喪其長子、爲耶和華所擊者、彼之諸神、耶和華亦譴之、 For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the Lord had smitten among them: upon their gods also the Lord executed judgments.
5 以色列族自蘭塞啟行、建營於疎割、 And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.
6 自疎割啟行、建營於濱野之以倘、 And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
7 自以倘啟行、返而至於比哈希錄、巴力洗分相對之所、建營於密奪、 And they removed from Etham, and turned again unto Pi–hahiroth, which is before Baal–zephon: and they pitched before Migdol.
8 自比哈希錄啟行、經海而入伊坦之野、歷程三日、建營於瑪拉、 And they departed from before Pi–hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.
9 自瑪拉啟行、至以琳、在彼有水泉十二、椶樹七十、遂建營焉、 And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.
10 自以琳啟行、建營於紅海之濱、 And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.
11 自紅海濱啟行、建營於汛野、 And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.
12 自汛野啟行、建營於脫加、 And they took their journey out of the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.
13 自脫加啟行、建營於亞錄、 And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
14 自亞錄啟行、建營於利非訂、在彼、民衆無水可飲、 And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.
15 自利非訂啟行、建營於西乃野、 And they departed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.
16 自西乃野啟行、建營於基博羅哈他瓦、 And they removed from the desert of Sinai, and pitched at Kibroth–hattaavah.
17 自基博羅哈他瓦啟行、建營於哈洗錄、 And they departed from Kibroth–hattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.
18 自哈洗錄啟行、建營於利提瑪、 And they departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in Rithmah.
19 自利提瑪啟行、建營於臨門帕烈、 And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmon–parez.
20 自臨門帕烈啟行、建營於立拿、 And they departed from Rimmon–parez, and pitched in Libnah.
21 自立拿啟行、建營於勒撒、 And they removed from Libnah, and pitched at Rissah.
22 自勒撒啟行、建營於基希拉他、 And they journeyed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.
23 自基希拉他啟行、建營於沙斐山、 And they went from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher.
24 自沙斐山啟行、建營於哈拉大、 And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.
25 自哈拉大啟行、建營於瑪吉希錄、 And they removed from Haradah, and pitched in Makheloth.
26 自瑪吉希錄啟行、建營於他哈、 And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.
27 自他哈啟行、建營於他拉、 And they departed from Tahath, and pitched at Tarah.
28 自他拉啟行、建營於密加、 And they removed from Tarah, and pitched in Mithcah.
29 自密加啟行、建營於哈摩拿、 And they went from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah.
30 自哈摩拿啟行、建營於摩西錄、 And they departed from Hashmonah, and encamped at Moseroth.
31 自摩西錄啟行、建營於比尼雅干、 And they departed from Moseroth, and pitched in Bene–jaakan.
32 自比尼雅干啟行、建營於曷哈及甲、 And they removed from Bene–jaakan, and encamped at Hor–hagidgad.
33 自曷哈及甲啟行、建營於約巴他、 And they went from Hor–hagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.
34 自約巴他啟行、建營於阿博拿、 And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.
35 自阿博拿啟行、建營於以旬迦別、 And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Ezion–gaber.
36 自以旬迦別啟行、建營於尋野、卽加低斯、 And they removed from Ezion–gaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
37 自加低斯啟行、建營於何珥山、在以東界、 And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.
38 以色列族出自埃及、歷四十年、五月朔、祭司亞倫遵耶和華命、陟何珥山而死、 And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the Lord, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.
39 時亞倫年一百二十三、 And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.
40 當時亞拉得王居於迦南之南、聞以色列族至、 And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
41 以色列族自何珥山啟行、建營於撒摩拿、 And they departed from mount Hor, and pitched in Zalmonah.
42 自撒摩拿啟行、建營於普嫩、 And they departed from Zalmonah, and pitched in Punon.
43 自普嫩啟行、建營於阿伯、 And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.
44 自阿伯啟行、建營於以耶亞巴琳、在摩押界、 And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ije–abarim, in the border of Moab.
45 自以耶亞巴琳啟行、建營於底本迦得、 And they departed from Iim, and pitched in Dibon–gad.
46 自底本迦得啟行、建營於亞門低比拉太音、 And they removed from Dibon–gad, and encamped in Almon–diblathaim.
47 自亞門低比拉太音啟行、建營於尼波前、亞巴琳山、 And they removed from Almon–diblathaim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48 自亞巴琳山啟行、建營於摩押平原、約但河濱、耶利哥相對之所、 And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
49 沿約但河建營、自伯耶施末、至摩押平原之亞伯什亭、○ And they pitched by Jordan, from Beth–jesimoth even unto Abel–shittim in the plains of Moab.
50 在摩押平原、約但河濱、耶利哥相對之所、耶和華諭摩西曰、 And the Lord spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
51 告以色列族云、汝渡約但入於迦南、 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan;
52 必於爾前驅其居民、壞其雕刻之木石、鎔鑄之偶像、毀厥崇邱、 Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:
53 必取其地而居之、蓋我以斯土賜汝爲業、 And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.
54 必掣籤分地、按爾室家、人衆則給地多、人寡則給地少、各隨所掣之籤、循其宗族、得以爲業、 And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man’s inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.
55 斯土之民、爾不驅逐、則爾所遺者、必爲爾目中之刺、脅下之棘、擾爾於所居之地、 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.
56 如是我將罰爾、猶欲罰彼然、 Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.
