| 1 | 耶和華諭亞倫曰、人若干犯聖所、爾及子孫宗族、必負其罪、爾及子孫、爲祭司而溺職、亦必負其罪、 | And the Lord said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy father’s house with thee shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary: and thou and thy sons with thee shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood. |
| 2 | 可攜爾兄弟、卽屬汝祖利未支派者、偕汝而供役事、惟爾及子孫、宜在法幕前、 | And thy brethren also of the tribe of Levi, the tribe of thy father, bring thou with thee, that they may be joined unto thee, and minister unto thee: but thou and thy sons with thee shall minister before the tabernacle of witness. |
| 3 | 彼爲爾服役、且守會幕、惟不可近聖所之器皿及壇、免其與爾俱致死亡、 | And they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the tabernacle: only they shall not come nigh the vessels of the sanctuary and the altar, that neither they, nor ye also, die. |
| 4 | 彼偕爾而守會幕、供其役事、外人勿近乎爾、 | And they shall be joined unto thee, and keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, for all the service of the tabernacle: and a stranger shall not come nigh unto you. |
| 5 | 聖所及壇、爾當恪守、俾以色列族免遭震怒、 | And ye shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the altar: that there be no wrath any more upon the children of Israel. |
| 6 | 我於以色列族中、已取爾兄弟利未人歸耶和華、今賜於汝、以供會幕役事、 | And I, behold, I have taken your brethren the Levites from among the children of Israel: to you they are given as a gift for the Lord, to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation. |
| 7 | 爾及子孫、宜守祭司之職、壇前㡘內、供其役事、我以祭司之職畀爾、外人近前、必致之死、○ | Therefore thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priest’s office for every thing of the altar, and within the vail; and ye shall serve: I have given your priest’s office unto you as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death. |
| 8 | 耶和華諭亞倫曰、所獻之舉祭、卽以色列族區別爲聖之物、我付爾守之、緣爾受膏、是物歸爾、爰及子孫、著爲永例、 | And the Lord spake unto Aaron, Behold, I also have given thee the charge of mine heave offerings of all the hallowed things of the children of Israel; unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons, by an ordinance for ever. |
| 9 | 凡奉我之素祭、贖罪祭、補過祭、其中不焚以火者、皆爲至聖、必歸於爾、爰及子孫、 | This shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, every meat offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons. |
| 10 | 旣爲至聖之物、於爾爲聖、諸丁男可食之、 | In the most holy place shalt thou eat it; every male shall eat it: it shall be holy unto thee. |
| 11 | 以色列族所獻舉祭搖祭之禮物、咸爲爾有、我賜於汝、爰及子女、家中凡爲潔者、可得而食、著爲永例、 | And this is thine; the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offerings of the children of Israel: I have given them unto thee, and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever: every one that is clean in thy house shall eat of it. |
| 12 | 油與葡萄酒、及穀之嘉者、所獻於耶和華初稔之物、我以錫爾、 | All the best of the oil, and all the best of the wine, and of the wheat, the firstfruits of them which they shall offer unto the Lord, them have I given thee. |
| 13 | 其地初稔之物、所獻於耶和華者、俱歸諸爾、家中凡爲潔者、可得而食、 | And whatsoever is first ripe in the land, which they shall bring unto the Lord, shall be thine; every one that is clean in thine house shall eat of it. |
| 14 | 以色列族區別之物、皆必歸爾、 | Every thing devoted in Israel shall be thine. |
| 15 | 凡初胎男子、首生牡畜、奉於耶和華者、皆必歸爾、惟首生之男必贖、首生不潔之畜亦必贖、 | Every thing that openeth the matrix in all flesh, which they bring unto the Lord, whether it be of men or beasts, shall be thine: nevertheless the firstborn of man shalt thou surely redeem, and the firstling of unclean beasts shalt thou redeem. |
| 16 | 其中所當贖者、誕已彌月贖之、其價依爾所估、五舍客勒、循聖所權衡、一舍客勒、卽二十季拉、 | And those that are to be redeemed from a month old shalt thou redeem, according to thine estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs. |
| 17 | 首生之牛、綿羊、山羊、俱爲聖物、毋贖之、以其血灑於壇、焚其脂、以爲馨香之火祭、奉於耶和華、 | But the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they are holy: thou shalt sprinkle their blood upon the altar, and shalt burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet savour unto the Lord. |
| 18 | 厥肉歸爾、與搖腔右腿同、 | And the flesh of them shall be thine, as the wave breast and as the right shoulder are thine. |
| 19 | 凡以色列族所獻聖物之中、奉於耶和華之舉祭、我錫於爾、及爾子女、著爲永例、此於耶和華前、爲爾及裔所立之鹽約、 | All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto the Lord, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before the Lord unto thee and to thy seed with thee. |
| 20 | 耶和華諭亞倫曰、爾於以色列人境內、不得有產有業、在以色列族中、我爲爾之業、爾之產、○ | And the Lord spake unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any part among them: I am thy part and thine inheritance among the children of Israel. |
| 21 | 我於以色列族之土產、什取其一、以錫利未人、爲其供役會幕之值、 | And, behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation. |
| 22 | 自是以後、以色列族不可近會幕、免其負罪而死、 | Neither must the children of Israel henceforth come nigh the tabernacle of the congregation, lest they bear sin, and die. |
| 23 | 利未人供役於會幕、如有干犯、必負其罪、著爲永例、歷世弗替、於以色列族中、不得業產、 | But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they have no inheritance. |
| 24 | 以色列人什輸其一、獻於耶和華爲舉祭者、我賜於利未人爲業、故曰、彼不得業於以色列中也、○ | But the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer as an heave offering unto the Lord, I have given to the Levites to inherit: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance. |
| 25 | 耶和華諭摩西曰、 | And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, |
| 26 | 告利未人云、爾得以色列族所輸之什一、我所錫爾爲業者、必於其中、復取什一、以爲舉祭、獻於耶和華、 | Thus speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up an heave offering of it for the Lord, even a tenth part of the tithe. |
| 27 | 爾之舉祭、視爲爾曹禾場之穀、酒醡之汁、 | And this your heave offering shall be reckoned unto you, as though it were the corn of the threshingfloor, and as the fulness of the winepress. |
| 28 | 爾自以色列族所得之什一、當復取其什一、獻於耶和華、使獻耶和華之舉祭、歸祭司亞倫、 | Thus ye also shall offer an heave offering unto the Lord of all your tithes, which ye receive of the children of Israel; and ye shall give thereof the Lord’s heave offering to Aaron the priest. |
| 29 | 所得禮物、必取其嘉者、區別爲聖、獻於耶和華爲舉祭、 | Out of all your gifts ye shall offer every heave offering of the Lord, of all the best thereof, even the hallowed part thereof out of it. |
| 30 | 宜命利未人曰、旣舉而獻其嘉者、必視爲禾場酒醡之所出、 | Therefore thou shalt say unto them, When ye have heaved the best thereof from it, then it shall be counted unto the Levites as the increase of the threshingfloor, and as the increase of the winepress. |
| 31 | 爾與眷屬、隨在可食、蓋爾供役於會幕、得此爲值、 | And ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households: for it is your reward for your service in the tabernacle of the congregation. |
| 32 | 旣舉而獻其嘉者、則不負罪、勿凟以色列之聖物、免致死亡、 | And ye shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved from it the best of it: neither shall ye pollute the holy things of the children of Israel, lest ye die. |
