| 1 | 萬軍之耶和華曰、其日將屆、火燃若爐、驕侈與作惡者、將如草芥、日至盡燬、致根與枝、靡有孑遺、 | For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. |
| 2 | 惟爾寅畏我名者、義日將爲爾出、其翼施醫、爾將出而踴躍、如牢中之犢、 | But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. |
| 3 | 爾必蹂躪惡人、於我所定之日、彼若灰塵、在爾足下、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、○ | And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts. |
| 4 | 我僕摩西之法律、我在何烈所命、傳於以色列之典章律例、爾其憶之、 | Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. |

| 6 | 必使爲父者之心、轉向其子、爲子者之心、轉向其父、免我蒞臨、呪詛斯土、 | And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. |
