| 2 | Deboto na taotao, yan maa�ao as Yuus contodo y guima�a, ni y janae limosna gui taotao, yan jatatayuyutja siempre si Yuus. | A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. |
| 3 | Jalie gui vision claroja y angjet Yuus na mamamaela guiya g�iya gui mina nuebe na ora gui jaane, ya ileleg�a nu g�iya: Cornelio. | He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. |

Ya ileg�a nu g�iya: Y tinayuyutmo yan y limosnamo, manmato julo para umajaso gui menan Yuus. | And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. |

| 6 | G�iya sumasaga yan un Simon titumo, na y guima�a gaegue gui oriyan tase. | He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do. |
| 7 | Ya anae mapos y augjet ni y cumuentutuse g�e jaagang dos gui tentago�a gui guima�a yan un sendalo na deboto guiya sija, ni y maayuyuda g�e siempre; | And when the angel which spake unto Cornelius was departed, he called two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them that waited on him continually; |
| 8 | Ya anae jasangane sija todo ni este na g�inaja, jatago sija para Joppe. | And when he had declared all these things unto them, he sent them to Joppa. |
| 9 | � Ya y inagpa�a anae manjajanao gui jinanao�ija, ya manjijot gui siuda, cajulo si Pedro gui jilo guma para ufanaetae, gui mina saes na ora. | On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: |
| 10 | Ya mato y ni�alang�a, ya malago na uchocho: ya mientras mafamaulilique na�a nu sija, malingo y jinaso�a. | And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance, |
| 11 | Ya jalie y langet na mababa, yan un nayan na tumunog para iya g�iya, taeg�ije y dangculon sabanas na magogode y cuatro punta ya mapolo papa, gui jilo tano; | And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: |
| 12 | Ya ma�a�ajguan todo clasen g�g� ni y cuatro patas�ija, yan y g�g� ni y mangucunanaf gui jilo y tano, yan y pajaro sija gui aire. | Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. |
| 13 | Ya mato un inagang guiya g�iya, ileg�a: Cajulo Pedro: puno ya uncano. | And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. |
| 14 | Lao si Pedro ileg�a: Aje Se�ot; sa guajo ti guinen juchocho ni jafa na g�inaja ni y comun pat �placha. | But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean. |
| 15 | Ya y inagang mato guiya g�iya talo gui mina dos biaje, ileg�a: Jafa y janagasgas si Yuus, chamo fumatitinas comun. | And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. |
| 16 | Ya este mafatinas pot tres biaje; ya enseguidas y nayan machule julo talo gui langet. | This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven. |
| 17 | � Ya mientras bumuebuente gui sumenjalom si Pedro ni y jafa linii�a na vision, estag�iya sija y taotao ni y manmatago guinin as Cornelio, na manmamamaesen ni y guima Simon ya manotojgue gui trangca. | Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made enquiry for Simon’s house, and stood before the gate, |
| 18 | Ya managang, ya manmamaesen cao sumasaga g�ije si Simon ni y apiyidu�a Pedro. | And called, and asked whether Simon, which was surnamed Peter, were lodged there. |
| 19 | Ya mientras jajajaso si Pedro y vision, y Espiritu ileg�a nu g�iya: Estag�e tres taotao na maaliligao jao. | While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee. |
| 20 | Cajulo ya tunog papa, chamo bumuebuente na unjanao yan sija, sa guajo tumago sija. | Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them. |
| 21 | Ya si Pedro tumunog papa para ayo taotao sija ya ileg�a: Estag�iyayo ni y inaliligao; jafa guaja na inaliligaoyo? | Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come? |
| 22 | Ya sija ileg�ija: Si Cornelio ni y senturion, un taotao na tunas yan maa�ao as Yuus, yan guaja mauleg na testimonio gui entalo todo y nasion y Judio sija, sa ninatungo as Yuus pot y Santos na angjet ni y tinago jao na unjalom gui guima�a, ya ufanjungog finijo guiya jago. | And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee. |
| 23 | � Ya jaagang sija na ufanjalom, ya ufa�aga. Ya y inagpa�a jumanao si Pedro yan sija, yan palo gui ma�elo ni y manguinin Joppe maosgaejon g�e, | Then called he them in, and lodged them. And on the morrow Peter went away with them, and certain brethren from Joppa accompanied him. |
| 24 | Ya y inagpa�a talo na jaane, manjalom Sesarea. Ya manninanangga as Cornelio, ya jaagange y manparientes�a yan y amigu�a sija ni y guesmanatungo. | And the morrow after they entered into Cesarea. And Cornelius waited for them, and had called together his kinsmen and near friends. |
| 25 | Ya susede anae jumalom si Pedro, na tinagam as Cornelio, ya dumimo papa ya inadora g�e. | And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. |
| 26 | Lao jinatsa as Pedro, ya ileg�a: Tojgue julo, sa guajo taotaojayo locue. | But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man. |
| 27 | Ya anae cumuecuentos y dos, jumalom, ya jasoda megae ni y manmato ya manda�a; | And as he talked with him, he went in, and found many that were come together. |
| 28 | Ya si Pedro ileg�a nu sija: Intingoja na ti combiene y Judios na taotao na uda�a patseno ufato gui otro na nasion; lao jasanganeyo si Yuus na chajo umaalog ni jaye na taotao na �placha, pat comun: | And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean. |
| 29 | Enaomina matoyo guiya jamyo, sin jafa na sinangan, enseguidas qui matagoyo. Ya jufaesen jamyo jafa malagonmiyo na innamaagangeyo? | Therefore came I unto you without gainsaying, as soon as I was sent for: I ask therefore for what intent ye have sent for me? |
| 30 | Ya si Cornelio ileg�a: Cuatro na jaane asta este na ora, estabayo juadadaje y mina nuebe na oran tinayuyut gui jalom gumajo, ya estaba un taotao na tumotojgue gui menajo na malag magagu�a. | And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing, |
| 31 | Ya ileleg�a: Cornelio, y tinayuyutmo majungog, yan y limosnamo manmajaso gui menan Yuus. | And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God. |
| 32 | Fanago para Joppe, ya umaagange si Simon, ni y apiyidu�a Pedro: na sumasaga gui guima un Simon titumo, gui oriyan tase; | Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee. |
| 33 | Enaomina enseguidas junamaagange jao; ya mauleg finatinasmo sa mato jao. Pago estag�ejit todos gui menan Yuus, para injingog todo y tinago jao as Se�ot. | Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded thee of God. |
| 34 | � Ayonae si Pedro, jababa y pachot�a, ya ileg�a: Jutungo magajet na si Yuus taya janasasajnge taotao. | Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: |
| 35 | Lao gui todo na nasion masqueseaja jaye ni y maaa�ao nu g�iya, yan jafatitinas y tininas, ayo jaguaeya. | But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. |
| 36 | Y sinangan ni y janamanajanao si Yuus para y famaguon Israel, mapredica y pas pot si Jesucristo: (g�iya y Se�ot para todo)-- | The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) |
| 37 | Ayo na sinangan, jamyo intingoja y masangan�aejon todo guiya Judea, ya matutujon guiya Galilea, despues di y tinagpange ni y japredica si Juan: | That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; |
| 38 | G�iya si Jesus Nasareno; jaftaemano si Yuus japalae ni y Espiritu Santo yan y ninasi�a: ya jumajanao ya jafatitinas y mauleg, yan janafanjomlo todo ayo sija y manchinichiguet ni y anite; sa sumisija yan Yuus. | How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. |
| 39 | Ya jame mantestigo todo y g�inaja ni y finatinas�a gui tano Judios, yan iya Jerusalem; ayo y japuno sija, ya jacana gui trongcon jayo: | And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: |
| 40 | G�iya ninacajulo as Yuus gui mina tres na jaane, ya japolo ya ufinanue g�e senclaroja, | Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; |
| 41 | Ti para todo y taotao, lao para y testigo sija ni y manmaayeg antes as Yuus; junggan, para jita, ni y guinin manjita ma�ocho yan manguimen despues di cajulo guinin y manmatae. | Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. |
| 42 | Ya jatagojit na tapredica gui taotao sija, yan tanamatungo na g�iya tinancho as Yuus para ujuyong Jues y manlal�l� yan y manmatae. | And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. |
| 43 | Pot g�iya na manmannae todo y profeta testimonio, na pot y naan�a, jayeja y jumongue g�e uresibe inasiin y isao. | To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. |
| 44 | � Ya mientras jasanganja trabia si Pedro este sija na sinangan, y Espiritu Santo podong gui jilo ayo sija todo y jumujungog y sinangan. | While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. |
| 45 | Ya ayo sija y manmasirconsida ni y manmanjonggue, ninafanmanman, ya megae manmato as Pedro, sa asta y Gentiles locue manmachudae ni y ninaen y Espiritu Santo. | And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. |
| 46 | Sa jajungog na manguecuentos ni y jila�ija, ya manadangculo si Yuus. Ayonae manope si Pedro, ileg�a: | For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, |
| 47 | Jaye si�a na taotao chumoma y janom para ti ufanmatagpange este sija y rumesibe y Espiritu Santo taeg�ine iya jita? | Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? |
| 48 | Ya jatago sija na ujafanmatagpange ni y naan Jesucristo. Ya matayuyut g�e na ufa�aga unos cuantos na jaane. | And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days. |
