1 AYO nae quinene si Jesus ni Espiritu para y jalomtano para umatienta ni anite; Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
2 Ya estaba umayunat cuarenta na jaane yan cuarenta na puenge ya despues �alang. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
3 Ya mato guiya g�iya y manienienta, ya ileg�a: Yaguin jago lajin Yuus, tago este y acho ya ufamapan. And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
4 G�iya manope ileg�a: Matugue esta: Ti y panja uninal�l� y taotao, lao y todo y sinangan ni y jumuyong gui pachot Yuus. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
5 Ayo nae ninamalofan ni anite gui santa na siuda; pinelo gui jilo torren diquique, iyon y templo. Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
6 Y ileg�a: Yaguin jago lajin Yuus, yutejao g�ine papa, sa matugue esta: Y angjet sija uninadje ya unquinajat ni canae�ija, para cha�a y adengmo umatotpe contra y acho. And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
7 Si Jesus ileg�a: Locue esta matugue, chamo tietienta y Se�ot, Yuusmo. Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8 Tumalo ninamalofan ni anite gui un sabana na sent�quilo ya jafanue todo y raeno sija gui jilo y tano yan y minagof�ija, Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
9 Ya ileg�a: Todo este sija junaejao yaguin dumimojao ya unadora yo. And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
10 Ayonae si Jesus ileg�a nu g�iya: Janao Satanas, sa matugue esta, y Se�ot Yuusmo na g�iyaja unadora yan g�iyaja unsetbe. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
11 Ayo nae diningo ni anite, ya y angjet sija manmato ya masetbe g�e. Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
12 � Anae jajungog si Jesus na si Juan esta mapongle, tumalo guato Galilea. Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee;
13 Ya jadingo Nasaret, mato Capernaum ya sumaga gui oriyan tase gui oriyan tanon Sabulon yan Neftalim. And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:
14 Para umacumple y guinin jasangan y profeta Isaias, na ileg�a: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
15 Y tano Sabulon yan y tano Neftalim, chalan tase yan para otro banda guiya Jordan, Galilea y Gentiles. The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
16 Ya y taotao sija nu y ma�asaga gui jemjom, dangculo na manana linii�ija; y ayo sija nu y ma�asaga tanon anineng y finatae, candet ufaninina. The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
17 � Desde ayo jatutujon si Jesus sumetmon ya ileg�a: Fanma�otsot, sa y raenon langet jijijot. From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
18 � Ya anae jumajanao si Jesus gui tasen Galilea, jalie dos chumelo; si Simon mafanaan Pedro yan si Andres chelu�a, na janatutunog y lagua gui tase sa manpescadot. And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
19 Ya ileg�a nu sija: Dalalag yo ya junafanpescadot taotao jamyo. And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
20 Sija japolo y lagua sija ya madalalag g�e. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.
21 Anae jumanao g�ije, jalie otro dos chumelo, si Santiago lajin Sebedeo, yan si Juan chelu�a, gui sajyan yan si tata�ija as Sebedeo na jalememenda y lagua�ija; ya jaagang. And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.
22 Sija enseguidas japolo y sajyan yan si tata�ija ya madalalag g�e. And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.
23 � Ya jalilicue si Jesus iya Galilea mamanag�e gui sinagoga sija ya sumetmetmon ni raenon y evangelio, ya janafanjomlo todo y chetnot yan todo y pinite gui taotao; And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
24 Ya y matuna�a matungo todo guiya Siria; ya maquenenee g�e guato todo manmalango, ni guaja todo clasen chetnot yan pinite; y maninanite yan y manbababa yan y manparalitico; ya janafanjomlo. And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.
25 Ya madalalag g�e linajyan taotao, guinin Galilea, yan guinin Decapolis, yan guinin Jerusalem, yan guinin Judea, yan y otro banda guiya Jordan. And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judea, and from beyond Jordan.
