| 2 | Ya jaaggo y jechura�a gui menan�ija; ya y mata�a manina calang y atdao; ya y magagu�a apaca calang y manana. | And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. |
| 3 | Ya estag�e, na manmato g�iya sija si Moises yan si Elias, na manguecuentos yan g�iya. | And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. |
| 4 | Ya manope si Pedro, ileg�a as Jesus: Se�ot, mauleg na mangaeguejit g�ine: yaguin malagojao, bae jufatinas g�ine tres na tabetnaculo; para jago y uno, para si Moises y uno, yan para si Elias y uno. | Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. |

| 8 | Ya anae jajatsa y atadog�ija, taya jalie na si Jesusja. | And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only. |
| 9 | Ya anae manunog papa guine y finabeca, si Jesus mantinago ya ileg�a: Chamiyo fanma�angangane ni jaye ni liniimiyo, asta qui y Lajin taotao esta cajulo gui entalo manmatae. | And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead. |
| 10 | Ayo nae y disipulu�a sija mafaesen g�e ya ileg�ija: Jafa nae na ileg�ija y escriba sija na si Elias ufato finena? | And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come? |
| 11 | Ya inepe as Jesus, ileg�a: Magajet na si Elias ufato finena, ya ujananalo todo y g�inaja. | And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. |
| 12 | Lao guajo sumangane jamyo, na si Elias esta mato, ya ti matungog�e: lao mafatinas guiya g�iya todo y malago�ija. Taeg�enaoja locue y Lajin taotao upadese nu sija. | But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. |
| 13 | Ayo nae y disipulo sija jatungo na mansinangane sija as Juan Bautista. | Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist. |
| 14 | � Ya anae manmato sija gui linajyan taotao, mato guiya g�iya un taotao na dinimumuye g�e ya ileg�a: | And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying, |
| 15 | Se�ot, gaease ni lajijo; sa malango baba, ya gogosjapadese; sa megae nae podong gui guafe, yan megae nae podong gui janom. | Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. |
| 16 | Ya guinin juchulie guato y disipulumo, lao tisi�a manajomio. | And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him. |
| 17 | Ya manope si Jesus, ileg�a: O generasion na ti manjonggue yan manchatpayon! asta ngaean nae utafanjijitaja? asta ngaean nae jususungonja jamyo? Chulie yo fan mague. | Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. |
| 18 | Ya jalalatde si Jesus y anite, ya mapos gui malango, ya y patgon jomlo desde ayo na ora. | And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour. |
| 19 | Ayo nae manmato y disipulo sija gui as Jesus, ya ileg�ija: Jafajam mina ti si�a inyite juyong? | Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? |
| 20 | Si Jesus ileg�a nu sija: Pot diquique na jinengguenmiyo: sa magajet jusangane jamyo, na yanguin mangaejinenggue jamyo, calang y pepitas mostasa, injaalog ni este na jalom tano: Janao g�ine; ya ujanao, ya taya ti si�a para jamyo. | And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. |
| 21 | (Lao este na classe ti jumanao juyong, yaguin ti y minauleg y tinayuyut.) | Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. |
| 22 | � Ya anae manmamocat guiya Galilea, ileg�a si Jesus nu sija: Y Lajin taotao umaentrega gui canae y taotao sija; | And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men: |
| 23 | Ya umapuno; lao y mina tres na jaane, ucajulo. Ya sija ninafangostriste. | And they shall kill him, and the third day he shall be raised again. And they were exceeding sorry. |
| 24 | � Ya anae manmato guiya Capernaum, manmato gui as Pedro ayosija y manmangongobbla y medio siclo, y tributo, ya ileg�ija: Ada ti manapapase y maestronmiyo y medio siclo y tributo? | And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute? |
| 25 | G�iya ileg�a: Junggan. Ya anae jumalom g�e gui jalom guma, si Jesus, cuenentuse g�e antes, ileg�a: Jafa jinasosomo Simon? Y ray y tano sija, jaye jacocobbla tributo pat senso? y famaguon�ija, pat y taotaojuyong? | He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers? |
| 26 | Ya anae ileg�a, Y taotaojuyong; si Jesus ileg�a nu g�iya: Ayo nae y famaguon manlibre. | Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free. |
| 27 | Lao para mungajit fumatinas y tinempo para sija, Janao falag y tase, ya unyute y jag�et, ya y finenana na g�ijan na mato, cone; ya an unbaba y pachot�a, unsoda y un siclo; chule este ya nae para guajo yan para jago. | Notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up; and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shalt find a piece of money: that take, and give unto them for me and thee. |
