| 2 | Lao g�iya jaope ileg�a nu sija: Yanguin esta pupnenge y jaane, ilegmiyo: Mauleg na tiempo pago, sa y langet agaga. | He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. |
| 3 | Ya y egaan: Pago uguaja pinagyo, sa managaga y langet ya didide na mapagajes. Jamyo tumungo jumusga y matan y langet; lao y se�at y tiempo sija ti innasi�a. | And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? |
| 4 | Y taelaye yan adulterio na rasa jagueguefaliligao un se�at, lao taya ufanmanae atgun se�at, na y se�at Jonas profeta. Ya jadingo sija, ya mapos. | A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed. |
| 5 | Ya anae manmato gui otro bandan jagoi y disipulu�a sija jajaso na manmalefa ya ti manma�ule pan. | And when his disciples were come to the other side, they had forgotten to take bread. |
| 6 | Ya si Jesus ileg�a nu sija: Atan, ya inadaje jamyo ni y lebaduran y Fariseo yan y Saduseo sija. | Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. |
| 7 | Ya sija manmanjaso gui sanjalom�ija, ileg�ija: Buente pot y ti manma�ulejam pan. | And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have taken no bread. |
| 8 | Ya jatungo si Jesus, ileg�a nu sija: Jafa jinasonmimiyo gui sanjalommiyo, taotao na didide jinengguenmiyo, pot y ti manma�ule jamyo pan? | Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread? |
| 9 | Ada ti intitingo, ni ti injajaso y sinco na pan, gui sinco mit, ya cuanto na canastra injeca. | Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? |
| 10 | Ni y siete na pan gui cuatro mit, ya cuanto na canastra injeca? | Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many baskets ye took up? |
| 11 | Jafa este na ti intingo, na ti pot y pan na jusangane jamyo? Lao inadaje jamyo ni y lebaduran y Fariseo yan y Saduseo sija. | How is it that ye do not understand that I spake it not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? |
| 12 | Ayo nae jatungo na ti mansinangane sija na ujaadaje sija ni y lebaduran pan; lao y finanag�en y Fariseo yan y Saduseo sija. | Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. |
| 13 | � Ya anae mato si Jesus gui Sesarean Filipe, jafaesen y disipulu�a sija ileg�a: Jaye ileg�i�ija y taotao sija nu y Lajin taotao? | When Jesus came into the coasts of Cesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? |
| 14 | Ya sija ileg�ija: Guaja umalog na jago si Juan Bautista; ya guaja umalog, si Elias; ya guaja umalog, si Jeremias, pat uno gui profeta sija. | And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. |
| 15 | G�iya ileg�a nu sija: Ya jamyo, jaye ilegmimiyo nu guajo? | He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? |
| 16 | Manope si Simon Pedro ileg�a: Jago si Cristojao, y Lajin Yuus ni y lal�l�. | And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. |
| 17 | Ayo nae inepe as Jesus ileg�a: Dichosojao, Simon, lajin Jonas; sa ti jufanuejao sensen ni j�g�, na y Tatajo ni y gaegue gui langet. | And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar–jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. |
| 18 | Ya guajo locue sumanganejao, na jago si Pedro; ya y jilo este na acho, jufatinas y iglesiamo; ya y pettan sasalaguan taeninasi�a contra guiya. | And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. |
| 19 | Ya junaejao ni y yaben y raenon langet; ya todoja y ungode gui tano, umagodeja locue gui langet; ya todoja y unpula gui tano, umapula locue gui langet. | And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. |
| 20 | Ayo nae jatago y disipulu�a sija, na cha�ija fanma�angangane ni jaye na g�iya si Jesus y Cristo. | Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ. |
| 21 | � Desde ayo na tiempo jatutujon si Jesus dumeclaraye y disipulu�a sija, na guaja nesesida�a na ujanao para Jerusalem, ya upadese megae sija gui manbijo, yan y prinsipen y mamale sija, yan y escriba sija, ya umapuno, ya umanacajulo gui mina tres na jaane. | From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. |
| 22 | Ya si Pedro, quinene g�e ya tinitujon g�e rineprende, ileg�a: Se�ot, maase nu jago: este ti usi�a jago. | Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. |
| 23 | Ayo nae jabirag�e, ya ileg�a as Pedro: Suja gui menajo, Satanas: jago un tropero para guajo; sa ti untungo y g�inaja Yuus, na y g�inajan taotaoja sija. | But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. |
| 24 | � Ayo nae si Jesus, ileg�a ni y disipulo�a sija: Yanguin jaye malago dumalalag yo, polo ya upune namaesag�e, ya uchule y quiluus�a ya udalalag yo. | Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. |
| 25 | Sa jayeja y malago munalibre y lin�l��a, ufinalingaeguan; ya jayeja y finalingaeguan ni y lin�l��a pot guajo, g�iya usoda. | For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. |
| 26 | Sa jafa probecho�a y taotao, yanguin jagana todo y tano, ya y lin�l��a malingo? Pat jafa na apas ufannae y taotao pot y lin�l��a. | For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? |
| 27 | Sa y Lajin taotao, ufato gui minalog y Tata�a yan y angjetna sija; ya ayo nae uapase cada uno taemano y checho�a. | For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. |
| 28 | Magajet jusangane jamyo: na guaja palo gui mangaegue g�ine, na ti ujachague finatae, asta qui jalie y Lajin taotao na mato gui raeno�a. | Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom. |
