절	Contemporary English Version (2006)	King James Version
1	The Helps People in Need Shout praises to the Lord! Everyone who serves him, come and praise his name.	Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.
2	Let the name of the Lord be praised now and forever.	Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.
3	From dawn until sunset the name of the Lord deserves to be praised.	From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.
4	The Lord is far above all of the nations; he is more glorious than the heavens.	The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
5	No one can compare with the Lord our God. His throne is high above,	Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high,
6	and he looks down to see the heavens and the earth.	Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
7	God lifts the poor and needy from dust and ashes,	He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
8	and he lets them take part in ruling his people.	That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9	When a wife has no children, he blesses her with some, and she is happy. Shout praises to the Lord!	He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.
