1	Der Altar Bau einen Altar aus Akazienholz. Er soll viereckig sein, zweieinhalb Meter lang, zweieinhalb Meter breit und eineinhalb Meter hoch.	And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits.
2	Seine vier Ecken forme als Hörner, die aus einem Stück mit dem Altar gemacht sind. Überzieh den Altar mit Bronze.	And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.
3	Auch alle Geräte für den Altar sollen aus Bronze sein. Fertige die Kübel, mit denen man ihn von der Fettasche reinigt, dazu Schaufeln, Schalen, Gabeln und Kohlepfannen.	And thou shalt make his pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basons, and his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.
4	Mach für den Altar ein Gittergeflecht aus Bronze. Bring an den vier Ecken des Gitters vier bronzene Ringe an.	And thou shalt make for it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen rings in the four corners thereof.
5	Setze es so unter die Einfassung des Altars, dass es bis zu dessen halber Höhe reicht.	And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.
6	Fertige für den Altar Stangen aus Akazienholz und überzieh sie mit Bronze.	And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass.
7	Die Stangen werden an den beiden Seiten des Altars durch die Ringe geführt. Daran kann man ihn dann tragen.	And the staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, to bear it.
8	Der Altar soll aus Brettern gefügt und innen hohl sein. Man soll ihn so bauen, wie es dir auf dem Berg gezeigt wurde.	Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shewed thee in the mount, so shall they make it.
9	Der Vorhof Mach für die Wohnung Gottes einen Vorhof: Er soll durch Stoffbahnen aus feinem Leinengarn begrenzt werden. Die Begrenzung soll an der Südseite 50 Meter lang sein.	And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of an hundred cubits long for one side:
10	Mach dafür 20 Pfosten mit 20 Sockeln aus Bronze, mit silbernen Haken und Verstrebungen.	And the twenty pillars thereof and their twenty sockets shall be of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver.
11	Die Nordseite soll in derselben Weise durch Stoffbahnen begrenzt werden. Sie soll ebenfalls 50 Meter lang sein, mit 20 Pfosten und 20 Sockeln aus Bronze, silbernen Haken und Verstrebungen.	And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings of an hundred cubits long, and his twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.
12	An der Westseite soll der Vorhof auf einer Breite von 25 Metern durch Stoffbahnen begrenzt sein. Sie brauchen 10 Pfosten mit 10 Sockeln.	And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.
13	Die Vorderseite im Osten des Vorhofs soll 25 Meter breit sein.	And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.
14	Sie soll auf einer Seite auf siebeneinhalb Metern Länge durch Stoffbahnen begrenzt sein. Sie brauchen drei Pfosten mit drei Sockeln.	The hangings of one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.
15	Auch auf der anderen Seite soll sie begrenzt sein mit siebeneinhalb Meter langen Stoffbahnen. Auch diese Bahnen brauchen drei Pfosten mit Sockeln.	And on the other side shall be hangings fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.
16	Ein Vorhang soll den Eingang zum Vorhof verschließen. Er soll 10 Meter breit sein, gewebt aus violetter, purpurroter und karmesinroter Wolle und feinem Leinengarn. Gehalten wird er von vier Pfosten, die auf vier Sockeln stehen.	And for the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four.
17	Alle Pfosten rings um den Vorhof sollen silberne Verstrebungen und Haken haben und auf Sockeln aus Bronze stehen.	All the pillars round about the court shall be filleted with silver; their hooks shall be of silver, and their sockets of brass.
18	Der Vorhof soll 50 Meter lang sein und 25 Meter breit. Seine Stoffbahnen sollen zweieinhalb Meter hoch sein, aus feinem Leinengarn gemacht, mit Pfosten und Sockeln aus Bronze.	The length of the court shall be an hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.
19	Alle Geräte für den Dienst an der Wohnung sollen aus Bronze sein – ebenso die Pflöcke für das Zelt und für die Stoffbahnen für den Vorhof.	All the vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
20	Das Öl für den Leuchter Du aber befiehl den Israeliten, dass sie dir für den Leuchter reines, gepresstes Olivenöl bringen. So kann man immer eine brennende Lampe darauf setzen.	And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.
21	Aaron und seine Söhne sollen sie am Abend im Zelt der Begegnung vor dem Herrn entzünden. Das soll vor dem Vorhang geschehen, der vor der Lade mit den Geboten hängt. Sie soll bis zum nächsten Morgen brennen. Das sei bei den Israeliten ein Brauch für immer, der von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben wird.	In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the Lord: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
