1	Die achte Vision: Pferde und Wagen Als ich nochmals aufschaute, sah ich vier Wagen. Sie kamen zwischen den beiden Bergen hervor. Die Berge waren aus Bronze.	And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.
2	Den ersten Wagen zogen rotbraune Pferde, den zweiten schwarze Pferde.	In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses;
3	Den dritten Wagen zogen weiße Pferde, den vierten gescheckte Pferde.	And in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses.
4	Da fragte ich den Engel, der mit mir redete: »Was bedeuten diese Gespanne, mein Herr?«	Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?
5	Der Engel antwortete: »Das sind die vier Winde des Himmels. Sie kommen gerade vom Herrn über die ganze Welt, vor dem sie gestanden haben.«	And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.
6	Der Wagen, den die schwarzen Pferde zogen, fuhr in das Land im Norden. Die weißen Pferde kamen hinter ihm her. Die gescheckten Pferde zogen in das Land im Süden.	The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth toward the south country.
7	Die Pferde waren voller Kraft und wollten die Erde durchziehen. Da rief der Engel: »Auf, durchzieht die Erde!« Und sie taten es.	And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth.
8	Dann rief er mich und sagte zu mir: »Schau, diese Pferde ziehen in das Land im Norden. Dorthin bringen sie Gottes Geist.«	Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.
9	Die Zeichenhandlung der Krönung Das Wort des Herrn kam zu mir:	And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
10	Heldai, Tobija und Jedaja sind mit Spenden aus der Verbannung heimgekehrt. Nimm sie entgegen und geh noch heute zu denen, die aus Babylonien zurückgekommen sind! Sie sind im Haus von Joschija, dem Sohn des Zefanja.	Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah;
11	Nimm das Silber und Gold und mach eine Krone daraus! Setz sie dem Hohepriester Jeschua auf den Kopf, dem Sohn des Jozadak.	Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest;
12	Dann sollst du zu ihm sagen: So spricht der Herr der himmlischen Heere: Siehe, da ist ein Mann, »Spross« ist sein Name! Denn unter seiner Führung wird Neues sprossen. Er wird den Tempel des Herrn wieder aufbauen.	And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord:
13	Ja, er wird den Tempel des Herrn aufbauen und sich mit königlicher Macht bekleiden. Er wird sich auf den Thron setzen und herrschen. Ein Priester wird ihm zur Seite stehen. Und beide werden sich einig sein.	Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
14	Die Krone soll man in den Tempel des Herrn legen – zur Erinnerung an die Spender Heldai, Tobija, Jedaja und an die Gastfreundschaft des Sohnes von Zefanja.	And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the Lord.
15	Ja, Leute werden aus der Ferne kommen und am Tempel des Herrn mitbauen. Daran sollt ihr erkennen, dass es der Herr der himmlischen Heere ist, der mich zu euch gesandt hat. So wird es geschehen, wenn ihr auf den Herrn, euren Gott, hört und ihm gehorcht.	And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the Lord, and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God.
