1 Let me give glory to you, O God, my King; and blessing to your name for ever and ever. I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
2 Every day will I give you blessing, praising your name for ever and ever. Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
3 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; his power may never be searched out. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.
4 One generation after another will give praise to your great acts, and make clear the operation of your strength. One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.
5 My thoughts will be of the honour and glory of your rule, and of the wonder of your works. I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6 Men will be talking of the power and fear of your acts; I will give word of your glory. And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.
7 Their sayings will be full of the memory of all your mercy, and they will make songs of your righteousness. They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
8 The Lord is full of grace and pity; not quickly angry, but great in mercy. The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
9 The Lord is good to all men; and his mercies are over all his works. The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
10 All the works of your hands give praise to you, O Lord; and your saints give you blessing. All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; and thy saints shall bless thee.
11 Their words will be of the glory of your kingdom, and their talk of your strength; They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;
12 So that the sons of men may have knowledge of his acts of power, and of the great glory of his kingdom. To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
13 Your kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and your rule is through all generations. Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.
14 The Lord is the support of all who are crushed, and the lifter up of all who are bent down. The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.
15 The eyes of all men are waiting for you; and you give them their food in its time. The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season.
16 By the opening of your hand, every living thing has its desire in full measure. Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
17 The Lord is upright in all his ways, and kind in all his works. The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
18 The Lord is near all those who give honour to his name; even to all who give honour to him with true hearts. The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
19 To his worshippers, he will give their desire; their cry comes to his ears, and he gives them salvation. He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
20 The Lord will keep all his worshippers from danger; but he will send destruction on all sinners. The Lord preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.
21 My mouth will give praise to the Lord; let all flesh be blessing his holy name for ever and ever. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
