| 2 | Formoso de sitio, e alegria de toda a terra é o monte de Sião sobre os lados do norte, a cidade do grande Rei. | Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. |
| 3 | Deus é conhecido nos seus palacios por um alto refugio. | God is known in her palaces for a refuge. |
| 4 | Porque eis que os reis se ajuntaram: elles passaram juntos. | For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together. |
| 5 | Viram-n'o, e ficaram maravilhados; ficaram assombrados e se apressaram em fugir. | They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away. |
