|---|---|---|
I will give you thanks with my whole heart. Before the gods, I will sing praises to you. | I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
I will bow down toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your Name for your loving kindness and for your truth; for you have exalted your Name and your Word above all. | I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
In the day that I called, you answered me. You encouraged me with strength in my soul. | In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.
All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Yahweh, for they have heard the words of your mouth. | All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord, when they hear the words of thy mouth.
Yes, they will sing of the ways of Yahweh; for great is Yahweh’s glory. | Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the Lord: for great is the glory of the Lord.
For though Yahweh is high, yet he looks after the lowly; but the proud, he knows from afar. | Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you will revive me. You will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies. Your right hand will save me. | Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
Yahweh will fulfill that which concerns me; your loving kindness, Yahweh, endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands. | The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
