If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? |

To nipoka'eka' -le, Alata'ala, apa' mokuasa-i mpatehi-koi, pai' mokuasa wo'o-i mpohuku' -koi hi rala naraka. | And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. |

| 32 | "Hema-hema to mpangaku' hi doo kahi'a-na topetuku' -ku, hi'a wo'o mpai' kupangaku' hi Tuama-ku to hi rala suruga, ku'uli': `Tau toei topetuku' -ku.' | Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. |
| 33 | Aga hema to mpo'uli' hi doo kabela-nai topetuku' -ku, hi'a wo'o mpai' kusapu hi Tuama-ku to hi rala suruga, ku'uli': `Tau toei, bela-i topetuku' -ku.' | But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. |

| 35 | — | For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. |

Tauna to mpoka'ahi' ana' -na meliu ngkai ahi' -na hi Aku', uma-i masipato' jadi' topetuku' -ku. | He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. |
