Long dispela taim yu mas tok long Eron, Kisim stik bilong wokabaut bilong yu na tromoi dispela long graun long pes bilong Fero, na dispela bai kamap wanpela snek. | When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent. |

Na Eron i tromoi stik bilong wokabaut bilong em i go daun long plua long pes bilong Fero na long pes bilong ol wokboi bilong em, na dispela i kamap wanpela snek. | And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the Lord had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent. |

| 14 | ¶ Na BIKPELA i tok long Moses, Bel bilong Fero i stap olsem ston, na em i tok nogat long larim ol manmeri i go. | And the Lord said unto Moses, Pharaoh’s heart is hardened, he refuseth to let the people go. |
| 15 | Yu mas i go long Fero long moningtaim. Harim, em i go ausait long i go long wara, na yu mas sanap long arere bilong wara riva inap long em i kam, na yu mas kisim long han bilong yu dispela stik bilong wokabaut i bin kamap snek. | Get thee unto Pharaoh in the morning; lo, he goeth out unto the water; and thou shalt stand by the river’s brink against he come; and the rod which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand. |

Na harim, pastaim yu no laik harim. | And thou shalt say unto him, The Lord God of the Hebrews hath sent me unto thee, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness: and, behold, hitherto thou wouldest not hear. |

Harim, long dispela stik bilong wokabaut i stap long han bilong mi, bai mi paitim ol wara i stap long riva na ol bai kamap blut. | Thus saith the Lord, In this thou shalt know that I am the Lord: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood. |
| 18 | Na ol pis i stap long wara riva bai dai pinis na riva bai sting, na ol Isip bai les long dringim wara bilong riva. | And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river. |
| 19 | Na BIKPELA i tok long Moses, Tokim Eron, kisim stik bilong wokabaut bilong yu na taitim han bilong yu long ol wara bilong Isip. Em long ol liklik wara bilong ol na long ol wara riva bilong ol, na long ol liklik raunwara bilong ol, na long olgeta ples bilong ol long bungim wara, bai ol i ken kamap blut. Na bilong blut i ken i stap namel long olgeta hap bilong graun bilong Isip, long ol samting bilong holim bilong diwai wantaim ol samting bilong holim bilong ston. | And the Lord spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone. |
