Ol maus bilong yupela i bin mekim tok giaman, na ol tang bilong yupela i bin toktok long samting nogut. | For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. |

Long wanem ol pasin bilong mipela long kalapim lo em i stap wantaim mipela, na bilong ol sin nogut bilong mipela, mipela i save long ol. | For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them; |
| 13 | Em long mekim pasin bilong kalapim lo na tok giaman bilong birua long BIKPELA, na long i go longwe long God bilong mipela, na long mekim toktok long givim hevi na mekim bikhet pasin, na long kirapim na autim ol tok giaman i kam long bel bilong mipela. | In transgressing and lying against the Lord, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. |

Na BIKPELA i bin lukim dispela, na pasin bilong i no gat stretpela kot em i skrapim bel bilong Em. | Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment. |

Olsem na han bilong Em i bin bringim kisim bek i kam long em, na stretpela pasin bilong Em, dispela i bin strongim em. | And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. |
