| 2 | Na dispela haus king Solomon i wokim bilong BIKPELA, longpela bilong en em i 60 kyubit, na brait bilong en em i 20 kyubit, na antap bilong en em i 30 kyubit. | And the house which king Solomon built for the Lord, the length thereof was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof twenty cubits, and the height thereof thirty cubits. |

Na em i wokim ol rum raun nabaut. | And against the wall of the house he built chambers round about, against the walls of the house round about, both of the temple and of the oracle: and he made chambers round about: |

Long wanem, ausait, long insait long banis bilong haus, em i wokim ol ples bilong sindaun i no patpela raun nabaut, inap long ol i no mas pasim strong ol rigel long ol banis bilong haus. | The nethermost chamber was five cubits broad, and the middle was six cubits broad, and the third was seven cubits broad: for without in the wall of the house he made narrowed rests round about, that the beams should not be fastened in the walls of the house. |

| 11 | ¶ Na tok bilong BIKPELA i kam long Solomon, i spik, | And the word of the Lord came to Solomon, saying, |
| 12 | Long sait bilong dispela haus yu wok long wokim, sapos yu bai wokabaut insait long ol lo bilong Mi Mi raitim, na wokim ol kot bilong Mi, na holimpas olgeta tok strong bilong Mi long wokabaut insait long ol, orait bai Mi inapim tok bilong Mi wantaim yu, dispela Mi tokim Devit, papa bilong yu. | Concerning this house which thou art in building, if thou wilt walk in my statutes, and execute my judgments, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; then will I perform my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father: |

Na em i karamapim ol long insait wantaim diwai, na karamapim plua bilong haus wantaim ol plang fir. | And he built the walls of the house within with boards of cedar, both the floor of the house, and the walls of the cieling: and he covered them on the inside with wood, and covered the floor of the house with planks of fir. |
| 16 | Na em i wokim 20 kyubit long ol sait bilong haus, plua wantaim ol banis wantaim ol plang sida. Yes, em i wokim ol long dispela insait, yes, bilong rum holi olgeta, yes, bilong ples i holi moa olgeta. | And he built twenty cubits on the sides of the house, both the floor and the walls with boards of cedar: he even built them for it within, even for the oracle, even for the most holy place. |

| 18 | Na long sida bilong haus insait, ol i sapim ol nop na ol plaua i op. Olgeta em i sida. I no gat wanpela ston i stap ples klia. | And the cedar of the house within was carved with knops and open flowers: all was cedar; there was no stone seen. |
| 19 | Na rum holi olgeta em i redim insait long haus insait, long putim bokis bilong kontrak bilong BIKPELA long dispela hap. | And the oracle he prepared in the house within, to set there the ark of the covenant of the Lord. |
| 20 | Na longpela bilong rum holi olgeta long fran hap em i 20 kyubit, na brait em i 20 kyubit, na antap bilong en em i 20 kyubit. Na em i karamapim dispela wantaim gol i klin. Na olsem tasol em i karamapim dispela alta ol i wokim long sida. | And the oracle in the forepart was twenty cubits in length, and twenty cubits in breadth, and twenty cubits in the height thereof: and he overlaid it with pure gold; and so covered the altar which was of cedar. |

Na em i karamapim dispela wantaim gol. | So Solomon overlaid the house within with pure gold: and he made a partition by the chains of gold before the oracle; and he overlaid it with gold. |

Long las hap arere bilong wanpela wing i go inap long las hap arere bilong arapela wing em i tenpela kyubit. | And five cubits was the one wing of the cherub, and five cubits the other wing of the cherub: from the uttermost part of the one wing unto the uttermost part of the other were ten cubits. |

Na ol wing bilong ol i tasim wanpela i go long narapela, long namel bilong haus. | And he set the cherubims within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubims, so that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the house. |

| 31 | Na long ples bilong go insait long rum holi olgeta, em i wokim ol dua long diwai oliv. Antap bilong dua na tupela pos bilong sait i namba faiv hap bilong banis. | And for the entering of the oracle he made doors of olive tree: the lintel and side posts were a fifth part of the wall. |
| 32 | Tupela dua tu i bilong diwai oliv. Na em i sapim antap long ol ol kaving bilong ol serupim na ol diwai palmen na ol plaua i op, na karamapim ol wantaim gol, na opim ol gol antap long ol serupim, na antap long ol diwai palmen. | The two doors also were of olive tree; and he carved upon them carvings of cherubims and palm trees and open flowers, and overlaid them with gold, and spread gold upon the cherubims, and upon the palm trees. |

| 35 | Na em i sapim antap long en ol serupim na ol diwai palmen na ol plaua i op. Na em i karamapim ol wantaim gold i pas gut antap long ol wok em i sapim. | And he carved thereon cherubims and palm trees and open flowers: and covered them with gold fitted upon the carved work. |
| 36 | Na em i wokim wanpela ples op insait wantaim tripela lain bilong ol ston ol i katim, na wanpela lain bilong ol rigel sida. | And he built the inner court with three rows of hewed stone, and a row of cedar beams. |
| 37 | Long namba foa yia ol i slipim ol as ston bilong haus bilong BIKPELA, long mun Sif. | In the fourth year was the foundation of the house of the Lord laid, in the month Zif: |
| 38 | Na long namba 11 yia, long mun Bul, dispela em i namba et mun, haus i pinis long olgeta hap hap bilong en, na bilong bihainim olgeta kain lukluk bilong en. Olsem na em i wokim dispela long sevenpela yia. | And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion of it. So was he seven years in building it. |
