| 1 | ¶ Nau em i bringim mi bek long rot bilong dispela dua bilong banis bilong rum holi ausait i lukluk i go long hap is. Na em i pas. | Then he brought me back the way of the gate of the outward sanctuary which looketh toward the east; and it was shut. |
| 2 | Nau BIKPELA i tokim mi, Dispela dua bilong banis bai stap pas, ol bai i no inap opim dispela, na i no gat wanpela man bai go insait long en. Bilong wanem, BIKPELA, God bilong Isrel, i bin go insait long en, olsem na em bai stap pas. | Then said the Lord unto me; This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because the Lord, the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut. |
| 3 | Dispela em i bilong dispela hetman. Dispela hetman, em bai sindaun insait long en bilong kaikai bret long ai bilong BIKPELA. Em bai go insait long rot bilong veranda bilong dispela dua bilong banis, na em bai go ausait long dispela rot stret. | It is for the prince; the prince, he shall sit in it to eat bread before the Lord; he shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate, and shall go out by the way of the same. |
| 4 | ¶ Nau em i bringim mi long rot bilong dua bilong banis not long ai bilong dispela haus. Na mi lukluk, na, lukim, glori bilong BIKPELA i pulimapim haus bilong BIKPELA. Na mi pundaun long pes bilong mi. | Then brought he me the way of the north gate before the house: and I looked, and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord: and I fell upon my face. |
| 5 | Na BIKPELA i tokim mi, Pikinini man bilong man, makim gut, na lukim wantaim tupela ai bilong yu, na harim wantaim tupela ia bilong yu olgeta samting Mi tokim yu long sait bilong olgeta lo Mi makim bilong haus bilong BIKPELA, na olgeta lo bilong en. Na makim gut ples bilong go insait bilong dispela haus, wantaim olgeta wan wan samting i kam ausait long rum holi. | And the Lord said unto me, Son of man, mark well, and behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears all that I say unto thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of the Lord, and all the laws thereof; and mark well the entering in of the house, with every going forth of the sanctuary. |

| 7 | Long dispela, yupela i bin bringim ol ausait man i kam insait long rum holi bilong Mi, ol man i no katim skin bilong bel, na i no katim skin bilong bodi, bilong stap insait long rum holi bilong Mi, bilong mekim dispela doti, yes, haus bilong Mi, taim yupela i ofaim bret bilong Mi, dispela gris na dispela blut, na ol i bin brukim kontrak bilong Mi, bilong wanem, bilong olgeta sting pasin bilong yupela. | In that ye have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, even my house, when ye offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations. |

Tasol yupela i bin putim ol wasman bilong wok bilong Mi insait long rum holi bilong Mi bilong helpim yupela yet. | And ye have not kept the charge of mine holy things: but ye have set keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves. |
| 9 | GOD Bikpela i tok olsem, Ausait man, husat i no katim skin bilong bel, o husat i no katim skin bilong bodi, bai i no inap kam insait long rum holi bilong Mi, bilong wanpela ausait man husat i stap namel long ol pikinini bilong Isrel. | Thus saith the Lord God; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel. |
| 10 | ¶ Na ol lain Levi husat i go longwe long Mi, taim Isrel i lusim rot, husat i lusim rot i lusim Mi bilong bihainim ol piksa bilong god giaman bilong ol, yes, ol bai karim sin nogut bilong ol. | And the Levites that are gone away far from me, when Israel went astray, which went astray away from me after their idols; they shall even bear their iniquity. |
| 11 | Yet ol bai stap ol wokman bilong Mi insait long rum holi bilong Mi, husat i gat wok long bosim ol dua bilong banis bilong dispela haus, na wokim wok long dispela haus. Ol bai kilim i dai dispela ofa i kuk olgeta na dispela sakrifais bilong ol manmeri, na ol bai sanap long ai bilong ol bilong wokim wok long ol. | Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having charge at the gates of the house, and ministering to the house: they shall slay the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister unto them. |
| 12 | Bilong wanem, ol i wokim wok i go long ol long ai bilong ol piksa bilong god giaman bilong ol, na mekim hauslain bilong Isrel long pundaun long sin nogut. Olsem na Mi bin litimapim han bilong Mi i birua long ol, GOD Bikpela i tok, na ol bai karim sin nogut bilong ol. | Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and caused the house of Israel to fall into iniquity; therefore have I lifted up mine hand against them, saith the Lord God, and they shall bear their iniquity. |
| 13 | Na ol bai i no inap kam klostu long Mi, bilong mekim wok bilong wanpela pris long Mi, o bilong kam klostu long wanpela bilong ol samting holi bilong Mi, insait long dispela ples i holi moa olgeta. Tasol ol bai karim sem bilong ol, na ol sting pasin bilong ol, dispela ol i bin mekim. | And they shall not come near unto me, to do the office of a priest unto me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, in the most holy place: but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed. |
| 14 | Tasol Mi bai mekim ol i kamap ol wasman bilong wok bilong dispela haus, bilong olgeta wok bilong en, na bilong olgeta samting ol bai mekim insait long en. | But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all that shall be done therein. |
| 15 | Tasol ol pris, ol lain Levi, ol pikinini man bilong Sedok, husat i holimpas wok bilong rum holi bilong Mi taim ol pikinini bilong Isrel i go lusim Mi, ol bai kam klostu long Mi bilong wokim wok long Mi, na ol bai sanap long ai bilong Mi bilong ofaim long Mi dispela gris na dispela blut, GOD Bikpela i tok. | But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me, and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord God: |
| 16 | Ol bai go insait long rum holi bilong Mi, na ol bai kam klostu long tebol bilong Mi, bilong wokim wok long Mi, na ol bai holimpas wok bilong Mi. | They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister unto me, and they shall keep my charge. |
| 17 | ¶ Na em bai kamap olsem, long taim ol i go insait long ol dua bilong banis bilong ples op insait, ol bai werim klos bilong ol naispela laplap. Na ol gras bilong sipsip bai i no inap kam antap long ol, taim ol i wokim wok long dua bilong banis bilong ples op insait, na insait long en. | And it shall come to pass, that when they enter in at the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments; and no wool shall come upon them, whiles they minister in the gates of the inner court, and within. |
| 18 | Ol bai gat ol kep bilong naispela laplap antap long ol het bilong ol, na ol bai gat ol trausis bilong naispela laplap antap long ol namel bilong bel bilong ol. Ol bai i no inap pasim ol yet nabaut wantaim wanpela samting i mekim tuhat i kamap. | They shall have linen bonnets upon their heads, and shall have linen breeches upon their loins; they shall not gird themselves with any thing that causeth sweat. |
| 19 | Na taim ol i go ausait long ples op ausait tru, yes, i go insait long ples op ausait tru bilong go long ol manmeri, ol bai rausim ol klos we ol i wokim wok long en, na slipim ol long ol rum holi, na ol bai putim ol arapela klos. Na ol bai i no inap mekim ol lain i stap holi wantaim ol klos bilong ol. | And when they go forth into the utter court, even into the utter court to the people, they shall put off their garments wherein they ministered, and lay them in the holy chambers, and they shall put on other garments; and they shall not sanctify the people with their garments. |
| 20 | Na tu bai ol i no inap sevim gras long ol het bilong ol, o larim ol gras bilong ol i go longpela. Ol bai katim gras bilong ol het bilong ol tasol. | Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only poll their heads. |
| 21 | Na tu wanpela pris bai i no inap dring wain, taim ol i go insait long ples op insait. | Neither shall any priest drink wine, when they enter into the inner court. |
| 22 | Na tu ol bai i no inap kisim bilong maritim wanpela meri man bilong en i dai pinis, o meri husat man i rausim i go. Tasol ol bai kisim ol meri i no bin slip wantaim man bilong tumbuna pikinini bilong hauslain bilong Isrel, o wanpela meri man bilong en i dai pinis husat i maritim wanpela pris bipo. | Neither shall they take for their wives a widow, nor her that is put away: but they shall take maidens of the seed of the house of Israel, or a widow that had a priest before. |
| 23 | Na ol bai skulim lain manmeri bilong Mi long samting i holi na samting i no holi i narakain, na mekim ol i klia tru long samting i doti na samting i klin. | And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. |
| 24 | Na long ol pait ol bai sanap long kot. Na ol bai jasim dispela bilong bihainim ol kot bilong Mi. Na ol bai holimpas ol lo bilong Mi na ol lo bilong Mi Mi raitim long olgeta bung bilong Mi. Na ol bai mekim ol sabat bilong Mi holi olgeta. | And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths. |
| 25 | Na ol bai i no inap kam klostu long wanpela daibodi, bilong mekim ol yet i kamap doti. Long papa tasol, o long mama, o long pikinini man, o long pikinini meri, long brata, o long susa husat i no bin gat man bilong en, ol i ken mekim ol yet i kamap doti. | And they shall come at no dead person to defile themselves: but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that hath had no husband, they may defile themselves. |
| 26 | Na bihain long taim em i kamap klin gen, ol bai kaunim long em sevenpela de. | And after he is cleansed, they shall reckon unto him seven days. |
| 27 | Na long de long em i go insait long rum holi i go long ples op insait, bilong wokim wok insait long rum holi, em bai ofaim ofa bilong sin bilong en, GOD Bikpela i tok. | And in the day that he goeth into the sanctuary, unto the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering, saith the Lord God. |
| 28 | Na dispela bai stap long ol long wanpela samting papa i givim pikinini. Mi stap samting papa i givim pikinini bilong ol. Na yupela bai i no inap givim ol wanpela holimpas insait long Isrel. Mi stap holimpas bilong ol. | And it shall be unto them for an inheritance: I am their inheritance: and ye shall give them no possession in Israel: I am their possession. |
| 29 | Ol bai kaikai ofa bilong kaikai, na ofa bilong sin, na ofa bilong sakim lo. Na olgeta wan wan samting Isrel i makim bilong BIKPELA bai stap samting bilong ol. | They shall eat the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs. |
| 30 | Na namba wan hap bilong olgeta namba wan pikinini kaikai bilong olgeta samting, na olgeta wan wan ofa bilong olgeta, bilong olgeta wan wan kain bilong ol ofa bilong yupela, bai bilong ol pris. Yupela tu bai givim i go long ol pris ol namba wan hap bilong bret i no kuk yet bilong yupela, inap long em i ken mekim blesing i slip long haus bilong yu. | And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every oblation of all, of every sort of your oblations, shall be the priest’s: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in thine house. |
| 31 | Ol pris bai i no inap kaikai long wanpela samting em i dai long em yet, o animal i brukim, sapos em i pisin o animal. | The priests shall not eat of any thing that is dead of itself, or torn, whether it be fowl or beast. |
