| 2 | Yu mas tekewe mi long han bilong ol wokman bilong sin nogut, na kisim bek mi long han bilong ol man i kapsaitim blut. | Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men. |
| 3 | Long wanem, harim, ol i slipim bodi bilong ol long wet bilong kisim tewel bilong mi. Ol strongpela man i bung na birua long mi. O BIKPELA, i no bilong pasin bilong mi long kalapim lo, na i no bilong sin bilong mi na ol i mekim olsem. | For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: the mighty are gathered against me; not for my transgression, nor for my sin, O Lord. |

| 8 | ¶ Tasol, O BIKPELA, Yu bai lap long ol. Bai Yu tok bilong daunim olgeta haiden. | But thou, O Lord, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision. |
| 9 | Bai mi wetim Yu, long wanem em i gat strong. Long wanem God em man bilong helpim mi. | Because of his strength will I wait upon thee: for God is my defence. |
| 10 | God bilong sori bilong mi bai pasim mi. God bai larim mi lukim laik bilong mi i kamap antap long ol birua bilong mi. | The God of my mercy shall prevent me: God shall let me see my desire upon mine enemies. |
| 11 | Yu no ken kilim ol i dai. Nogut ol manmeri bilong mi i lusim tingting. Long strong bilong Yu, Yu ken rausim ol i go nabaut. Na Yu ken daunim ol, O Bikpela, hap plang bilong mipela. | Slay them not, lest my people forget: scatter them by thy power; and bring them down, O Lord our shield. |

Na long tok long nogutim arapela na long tok giaman ol i mekim Yu ken kalabusim ol. | For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in their pride: and for cursing and lying which they speak. |

Long wanem, Yu bin stap Man bilong helpim mi na Yu ples bilong stap gut long de bilong hevi bilong mi. | But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble. |
