| 1 | ¶ O BIKPELA, bai mi litimapim nem bilong Yu. Long wanem Yu bin litimapim mi. Na Yu no bin mekim ol birua bilong mi i amamas tru antap long mi. | I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me. |
| 2 | O God BIKPELA bilong mi, mi bin singaut long Yu, na Yu bin oraitim mi. | O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. |
| 3 | O BIKPELA, Yu bin kisim tewel bilong mi i lusim matmat na i kam antap. Yu bin helpim mi stap laip, bai mi no ken go daun long dispela bikpela hul. | O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. |
