| 2 | O God bilong mi, mi putim bilip bilong mi long Yu. Yu no ken larim mi sem. Yu no ken larim ol birua bilong mi i winim mi. | O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me. |
| 3 | Yes, Yu no ken larim wanpela man i wet long Yu em i kisim sem. Ol man i kalapim lo na i no gat gutpela as bilong dispela, ol i ken sem. | Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. |

| 12 | Wanem man i stap na em i save pret long BIKPELA? Em bai i skulim em long pasin Em bai makim. | What man is he that feareth the Lord? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose. |
| 13 | Tewel bilong em bai i sindaun isi. Na pikinini bilong en bai kisim dispela graun olsem samting papa i laik givim em. | His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth. |
| 14 | Tok hait bilong BIKPELA i stap wantaim ol man i pret long Em. Na bai Em i soim kontrak bilong En long ol. | The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. |
| 15 | ¶ Ai bilong mi i lukluk long BIKPELA olgeta taim. Long wanem bai Em i rausim ol lek bilong mi long umben. | Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net. |
| 16 | Yu tanim i kam long mi, na sori long mi. Long wanem mi stap nating na mi karim hevi. | Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted. |
| 17 | Ol hevi bilong bel bilong mi i kamap bikpela. O, Yu mas bringim mi i kam ausait long ol hevi bilong mi. | The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses. |
| 18 | Yu mas lukim hevi bilong mi na pen bilong mi. Na Yu mas lusim olgeta sin bilong mi. | Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins. |
| 19 | Yu mas tingim na skelim ol birua bilong mi. Long wanem ol i planti. Na ol i no laikim tru mi long pasin bilong i no laikim tru i laik givim pen. | Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred. |
| 20 | O, lukautim tewel bilong mi na kisim bek mi. Yu no ken larim mi sem. Long wanem mi putim bilip bilong mi long Yu. | O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee. |
