Na Belam i litimapim tupela ai bilong em, na em i lukim Isrel i stap long ol haus sel bilong em bilong bihainim ol lain bilong ol. Na Spirit bilong God i kam antap long em. | And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel abiding in his tents according to their tribes; and the spirit of God came upon him.
Na em i kisim i go antap tok piksa bilong em, na tok, Belam, pikinini man bilong Beor, i bin tok, na dispela man husat tupela ai bilong em i op i bin tok, | And he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said:

Ol haus sel bilong yu i nambawan olsem wanem, O Jekop, na ol haus sel holi bilong yu, O Isrel! | How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel!
Olsem ol ples daun i op ausait, olsem ol gaden klostu long sait bilong riva, olsem ol diwai likna alo, dispela BIKPELA i bin planim, na olsem ol diwai sida klostu long ol wara, | As the valleys are they spread forth, as gardens by the river’s side, as the trees of lign aloes which the Lord hath planted, and as cedar trees beside the waters.

Blesing i stap long em husat i blesim yu, na tok nogut i stap long em husat i toknogutim yu. | He couched, he lay down as a lion, and as a great lion: who shall stir him up? Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee. |
¶ Na belhat bilong Belak i kirap i birua long Belam, na em i paitim tupela han bilong em wantaim. Na Belak i tokim Belam, Mi singautim yu long toknogutim ol birua bilong mi, na, lukim, yu bin blesim ol olgeta dispela tripela taim. | And Balak’s anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.
Olsem na nau yu ranawe i go long ples bilong yu. Mi gat tingting long litimapim yu i go long bikpela ona, tasol, harim, BIKPELA i bin pasim yu bek long ona. | Therefore now flee thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the Lord hath kept thee back from honour.
Na Belam i tokim Belak, Ating i yes long mi tokim tu ol mausman bilong yu husat yu salim i kam long mi, i spik, | And Balaam said unto Balak, Spake I not also to thy messengers which thou sentest unto me, saying,

Tasol wanem samting BIKPELA i tok, dispela mi bai toktok? | If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the commandment of the Lord, to do either good or bad of mine own mind; but what the Lord saith, that will I speak? |
Na nau, lukim, mi go long ol lain manmeri bilong mi. Olsem na kam, na mi bai tokaut long yu long wanem samting dispela lain manmeri bai mekim long lain bilong yu long ol las de. | And now, behold, I go unto my people: come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days.
¶ Na em i kisim i go antap tok piksa bilong em, na tok, Belam, pikinini man bilong Beor, i bin tok, na dispela man husat tupela ai bilong em i op i bin tok, | And he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said:

Bai gat wanpela Sta i kam ausait long Jekop, na wanpela Stik Bilong King bai kirap ausait long Isrel, na Em bai paitim ol kona bilong Moap, na bagarapim olgeta olgeta pikinini bilong Set. | I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth. |
Na Idom bai stap wanpela holimpas. Sir tu bai stap wanpela holimpas bilong ol birua bilong em. Na Isrel bai wokim strongpela pait. | And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.
Ausait long Jekop bai kam Em husat bai gat strong bilong bosim, na Em bai bagarapim em olgeta husat i stap yet long biktaun. | Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city.
Na taim em i lukluk long Amalek, em i kisim i go antap tok piksa bilong em, na tok, Amalek em i namba wan bilong ol kantri. Tasol las hap bilong em i stap long em bai dai olgeta oltaim oltaim. | And when he looked on Amalek, he took up his parable, and said, Amalek was the first of the nations; but his latter end shall be that he perish for ever.

Tasol man Ken bai pinis nating, inap long Asur bai karim yu i go kalabus. | Nevertheless the Kenite shall be wasted, until Asshur shall carry thee away captive.
Na em i kisim i go antap tok piksa bilong em, na tok, Sori tru, husat bai stap laip taim God i wokim dispela! | And he took up his parable, and said, Alas, who shall live when God doeth this!
Na ol sip bai kam i lusim arere bilong Kitim, na bai givim hevi long Asur, na bai givim hevi long Eber, na em tu bai dai olgeta bilong oltaim oltaim. | And ships shall come from the coast of Chittim, and shall afflict Asshur, and shall afflict Eber, and he also shall perish for ever.
Na Belam i kirap, na i lusim hap na go bek long ples bilong em. Na Belak tu i go long rot bilong em. | And Balaam rose up, and went and returned to his place: and Balak also went his way.
