| 2 | Moln och töcken omgiva honom, rättfärdighet och rätt äro hans trons fäste. | Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne. |
| 3 | Eld går framför honom och förbränner hans ovänner runt omkring. | A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about. |
| 4 | Hans ljungeldar lysa upp jordens krets; jorden ser det och bävar. | His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled. |
| 5 | Bergen smälta såsom vax för HERREN, för hela jordens Herre. | The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. |
