| 2 | Lyssna till mina ord, HERRE; förnim min suckan. | Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. |
| 3 | Akta på mitt klagorop, du min konung och min Gud; ty till dig vill jag ställa min bön. | My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. |
| 4 | HERRE, bittida hör du nu min röst, bittida frambär jag mitt offer till dig och skådar efter dig. | For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. |
| 5 | Ty du är icke en Gud som har behag till ogudaktighet; den som är ond får icke bo hos dig. | The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. |
| 6 | De övermodiga bestå icke inför dina ögon; du hatar alla ogärningsmän. | Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the Lord will abhor the bloody and deceitful man. |
