| 1 | En te dienzelfden dage zult gij zeggen: Ik dank U, HEERE! dat Gij toornig op mij geweest zijt, maar Uw toorn is afgekeerd, en Gij troost mij. | And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me. |
| 2 | Ziet, God is mijn Heil, ik zal vertrouwen en niet vrezen; want de Heere HEERE is mijn Sterkte en mijn Psalm, en Hij is mij tot Heil geworden. | Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. |
| 3 | En gijlieden zult water scheppen met vreugde uit de fonteinen des heils; | Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation. |
| 4 | En zult te dienzelfden dage zeggen: Dankt den HEERE, roept Zijn Naam aan, maakt Zijn daden bekend onder de volken! vermeldt, dat Zijn Naam verhoogd is. | And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted. |
